Powercreep - skill issue or game issue???

As someone that’s been playing almost since the very start of the game, but took a long break after Fontaine, I have been really feeling the powercreep… even as the owner of 2/3 of “the big three” - at least back in the days, I am struggling with the new trounce domain bosses. I can’t tell if this is a real game issue or a skill issue on my end😭 How has it been for you guys? (Keep in mind I own no Natlan characters, which might have something to say..)
