Overview

Citlali is a support character who provides a shield, deals off-field Cryo DMG, and reduces enemies' Hydro and Pyro RES.

Citlali's Elemental Skill deploys a Shield, and with sufficient Nightsoul points, she summons a storm that continuously attacks nearby enemies, dealing Cryo DMG. Enemies hit by Frozen or Melt reactions during this skill will have reduced Hydro and Pyro RES.

Citlali's Elemental Burst bombards the area in front, dealing AoE Cryo DMG and restoring Nightsoul points for herself.
