1ST: GOONER BAIT
That's it, they're just gooner bait. Nicole is probably the least gooner bait here. Yanagi's trailer and overall ******* and skirt just seem too gooner bait to me 😭
As for Yixuan, same applies to her but also her skin showing the pantyhose.
As for Seed... We all saw the trailer. It's not even like Grace's, whose feet thing is on her M6 and barely seen. Seed's trailer is pure feet on your FACE 😔
And I want to set a disclaimer here:
NOTHING WRONG WITH SEXY CHARACTERS
The problem comes when the character's only appeal is SEXUAL. Also when the character looks like a child / is a child.
In this case these characters aren't children or child like, but their only appeal is to look sexy. Nothing else. Nothing special, nothing to shine with. Just sexual appeal. THAT'S my problem.
2ND: ANNOYING
Honestly it's mostly their voices for these. Alice's voice is paimon 2.0, Soukaku's voice has changed multiple times but I find almost all of them slightly annoying and as for Corin, she is just annoying.
Her voice is annoying, her "wawawawa sowwy" attitude is annoying, her crying is annoying, just annoying in general and childish to me.
And Alice... She's a pick me. Her voice is the worst I've ever had the disgrace of hearing. I'd rather rip off my ears than having to main her. Her silly high pitch screams... Her childish Paimon voice, I can't I just can't.
3RD: SLIGHTLY SEXUALIZED LOLIS
Just what it says in the title. Lucy's shorts and Nekomata's "nyyaaaaa"s and poses. Next tier.
4TH: CLICHE
Yixuan's so cliche man. "OMG my close ones died and also I saw someone important to me die". Sooooo original... Let me guess the next part; you become really strong, in part to make up for your loss and never have to lose someone ever again or just as a tribute to them. So original again.
As for Alice, she's just a Pick Me. She's all shy and **** ugh I hate her.
Anton isn't really cliche himself, just a trope we've already seen before in other Hoyo games. He's the "bro who is nice and reliable and has some hobby" typa character trope.
5TH: NOTHING SPECIAL
Astra is another one of the "I sing to support/heal", because yk, the power of music or something. Plus she looks like a mix of Robin and Yor Forger. Nothing special about her. Robin knockoff but with heal.
Honestly I don't dislike SAnby, she just has nothing special to me. No appeal. Nothing.
Alice again... What's special about her? She's just cliche and annoying. Nothing I even find cool and quirky about her.
6TH: DISLIKEABLE DESIGN
Yixuan's design is nothing special to me, as I said just gooner with no appeal. Her skin is kinda cute but just sexualized too much too.
Alice is just Alice. She looks like an NPC, the only good thing is the homophobia in her eyes which is kinda cute. The rest sucks.
Anton's hair just makes me laugh lmao that hairrrr. Nothing else though.
