1. The official social media account organizer will notify winners via a direct message on social media within 20 working days of the end of the campaign. Winners must complete the prize collection form within the specified time period to receive their rewards. Failure to submit the form on time will be considered as forfeiting the reward, and rewards will not be reissued.

3. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible participants during the campaign period, with winning odds determined by the total number of qualified participants; or ranked according to specific campaign rules where applicable.
4. Posting any content that violates any laws, regulations, or community guidelines is prohibited.
5. Posting content unrelated to the campaign (including but not limited to advertisements, ad links, other external promotions, etc.) is prohibited.
6. Participants may enter the same campaign multiple times but can win only one prize. Rewards cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted.
7. Physical prizes (including merchandise) will be shipped within 4 months after completion of the winner information collection process. Winners are solely responsible for any additional costs (e.g., customs duties) incurred during shipping. Depending on regional government requirements, winners may need to provide additional tax information or complete ID verification or other procedures in advance. We will contact you using the contact details you provided, so please pay close attention to those channels.

8. In-game rewards will be distributed via in-game mail within 60 working days after the announcement of the winners.
9. The amounts listed for gift cards listed as part of rewards are denominated in USD. Conversion to local currencies will be subject to the exchange rates applied by the gift card platform.
10. "Other rewards" (including but not limited to gift cards) will be issued within 4 months after the official announcement of the winners. Please keep an eye on your email inbox or other methods of contact you provided.
11. Campaigns are not available in countries/regions where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by applicable laws.
12. Matters not covered by the campaign rules herein remain subject to the Honkai: Nexus Anima "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" as agreed to by users.
