As you may know - or maybe not - at the end of Natlan we got "hidden" Anecdotes. They were pretty easy to find though if you interacted with the daily commodities of Natlan's main hub, the Arena. Namely Katheryne and the crafting table.
Nod-Krai has a similar system. You'll get Anecdotes when interacting with common actions like again talking to Katheryne or using the crafting table. But that's not all.
1. & 2. the artifact domain
There are actually 2 Anecdotes here. To trigger them you need to do the domain AND spend Resin. When you leave you'll find either Jahoda or Flins here. I couldn't trigger both Anecdotes here in one day. There seems to be a cooldown for these hidden ones.
3. Master Tarno of the Voynich Guild
AKA the Souvenirs Shop AKA the diamond icon trader which probably unlocks at the end of this Luna version. This is actually quite well hidden because there's no reason to talk to little Tarno right now. Tarno's shop is right next to Nefer's shop in case you didn't know. If you talk to Tarno you'll trigger an Anecdote with Flins.
4. the bookstore
Above the smithee is a bookstore. You might visit this occasionally for the weekly coupon mechanic (which is another story in itself). Talking to the clerk makes Nefer spawn with an Anecdote.
Once again: if you don't get these Anecdotes make sure to try again the next day. There's like an internal limit on how many you can trigger. But I've gotten these 4 and can confirm them for sure.
