2. Clear the 3 Oozing Concretions (at least Lv.2) to spawn the chest.

#98 is part of the World Quest 'The Heavenly Stone's Debris' (World Quest Series 'The Chasm Delvers'). If you've completed it, then you've already obtained it.
98. [Trapped Chest] Behind the gate (contains 'A Set of Cannonballs')
Use the 2 Storehouse Security Keys to raise the gate to access.
