Varka is recommended to pull if you don’t yet have a strong Anemo DPS. In addition, he is one of the characters with a relatively easy playstyle to understand, making him suitable for both beginners and veteran players since his mechanics are not too complicated while still delivering consistent damage.
However, in terms of damage output, he requires constellations (at least C1–C2) to reach his maximum potential. Furthermore, since he uses a Claymore, Varka can feel slow when attacking if he does not receive ATK SPD buffs from artifacts or weapons.
