Can we get 120 FPS please?

Some devices have the option already so why not PC? My CPU sits at 15% usage and GPU at 30% even on max settings. So here I sit with a 360hz monitor still playing on 60 FPS. No enabling smooth motion in the Nvidia settings is not the same thing. It may say 120 fps and look fluid but the game still runs at 60. I can feel the input lag, you can not fool me.
