I constantly forget that she’s part of the stellaron hunters and I’m gonna be entirely honest she doesn’t feel like one. NOW BEFORE PEOPLE COME AT ME AND SAY “oh you just say that cause you think she’s waifubait and not super edgy and tough” I think even Sam doesn’t feel like a stellaron hunter. It has nothing to do with her being cutesy and soft or “waifubait” I love her and none of that stuff means she can’t be a criminal. When I say she doesn’t feel like a stellaron hunter I means he doesn’t feel like she’s part of their group. Her late introduction in 2.x left a sort of disconnect between her and the other three. Blade, silver wolf and Kafka have all been in the game since 1.0 and have all been portrayed together since the beginning while she’s only been presented with blade once in game iirc and with the rest a few times in trailers only and she has barely any interactions with the other hunters making her feel more like that person that hangs out with your group cause you don’t have the heart to tell them to get lost.
She was added to the group late and has no real bonds with any other hunters (at least her bonds with them aren’t shown at all except for maybe silver wolfs new trailer) and it makes her feel less like an actual part of that group and more like some rando who just carries the title. And with blades new trailer being released and him walking towards Kafka and sw in the end of the trailer but firefly is NOWHERE to be seen I feel like that only enforces this idea that she isn’t truely part of the group. The only person she has a bond with is the tb and the tb isn’t a hunter anymore. The stellar on hunters are supposed to be a quartet but they still only feel like the trio that was introduced in the beginning of the game, they’re constantly portrayed to be this group that have really close knit bonds and almost treat each other like found family like how the express does but firefly doesn’t actually feel like part of that family. The tb feels more like part of that family and more like a stellaron hunter than firefly and the tb isn’t even a stellaron hunter anymore.
Yes she has her disease and has to stay in like cryostasis or whatever it’s called whenever she’s not in the same suit but that just feels like an excuse given how we’ve seen her out of the suit interecting with others in trailers like silverwolfs so she can be out of the suit for a little while and even then you’re telling me she can’t form bonds when in the suit? Yes it’d be a little impractical to be in the suit for daily life but to be able to socialize and actually be a part of the group I’m sure she could use the suit then. The stellaron hunters are ALWAYS presented as a group and have been since the beginning of the game but even after adding ff to the group she’s being left out half the time when the group is presented.
In short while I know people are gonna hate this and say “oh they’re shoving ff down our throats again!!” I think hoyo should create a quest that expands on firefly’s relationships with the other stellar on hunters and actually makes her feel like a part of the group instead of just some girlfriend for the tb and a name tagged onto the rest of the group like some pet. I think there should be an entire patch expanding on every stellaron hunters relationships with each other Including the tb.

You can still comment and share your own opinions just don’t frame it in a way to try and start an argument/act like you’re unequivocally right for no reason other than it’s your opinion/call me names or imply I’m stupid for having an opinion, if you do any of these things I’m just gonna hide your comment and possibly block you for peace of mind, thank you.
