Starlight Billy - Cursor Set

The latest cursor set, Starlight Billy, is now complete! I got this finished within one week instead of the usual two as I've been getting more efficient with making cursor sets and I wanted to challenge myself and get it done quickly. With this done, I plan on working on a couple small artworks, then would like to work on a Roscaelifer themed wallpaper. After all that, I'll get to work on making a cursor set of Remielle!
