Restarting genshin as an end 2022 player, thoughts? (Info in caption)

Hiii~ I recently stopped having as much joy in my main as before Which made me think… is it perhaps because I do not enjoy the characters I have as much? I play for both meta and characters I enjoy looking at But I do have regrets As anyone does of course😔 So while I now have stopped any further goals on my main(aside from occasional farming for C6 arle) I now wish to play on a new account and wish for characters I do not regret and actually love playing despite meta So I have made a list from experience of playing characters on alts and my main I will obviously be having the same spending habits as before so getting characters shouldn’t be difficult Now my real question is Three of the characters I have listed on a little note are either currently on banner or will be in the next phase Who should I pull for first? (I do not mind waiting for reruns and will likely skip Citlali for now) • Citlali • Raiden • Columbina I want all C0 and no signature weapon I have no rush either and will just enjoy the game as I go through it
