Let's talk about Citlali

Okay, first of all, I just want to have a friendly discussion here and hear y'all different thoughts, and second of all, I don't want any ship discourse in this page. So, about Citlali, we all know that she deeply have a crush/simping the traveler since Natlan arc, but (this is just my opinion) I think hoyo really just ended up reducing her character only to that single trope, she get jealous so easily (first time with Direydith and then Sansdrone) and being overly possessive to the traveler whenever the traveler is just trying to make friends with others, and this isn't even a fandom headcanon but the devs are the one who made her that way. I don't mind her having a crush on the traveler, it's just that I wish we could explore more of her character, maybe about why she always get jealous with others that trying to get close to the traveler. And I know that maybe she's afraid that she would lose the traveler or the traveler wouldn't care about her anymore? But hey, the traveler cares about everyone, they care about their friends. If it's because both of them are immortal/have long life, I think I want Citlali to meet with other immortal/long life characters like Faruzan, Furina, their interactions would definitely be interesting and they can talk about from their own perspective about being an immortal, or meet other characters that isn't the traveler. And also, her grandson is right there, a little granny-grandson bonding wouldn't hurt, right? Then again, I don't hate her, I love her, she's one of my favorite Natlan character, I love her design, her color palette but it's shame that only if she was written better, there are so many potential about her character that need to be explore
