For shame! 
It's one thing to give us 300 primogems for watching the livestream. It's one thing to get 600 primogems when we're only promised 300 for updating. But right now all of the extra time isn't even in MiHoYo's hands and they're still putting up 400/wk on top of other goodies. And it's not like we can't play the game the whole time either so it's not like they're making up for stuff we'd lose out on because v2.7 is delayed. This is all just extra stuff we're getting for their country proactively dealing with a global problem that none of ours have been doing anything about.
I've said this before and I'm happy to be able to say it again. MiHoYo isn't greedy. If they somehow gave off that impression it's more than likely because of the fact that they're tone-deaf. But in this case they are neither. It's actually very generous of them to do this for all of the 60+ million players when they had zero control over the delay. And I hope every one of us understands that.
