WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS CHARACTER LOCKED QUEST?

I just finished nod krai quest and exploration, and stumble upon these quest that cant be activated unless you have the character related. At first jahoda nefer intel and some interaction in frostmoon for lauma, Illuga and flins ratnik quest, And this. Really its not about the reward being insignificant or something. Nahida one is fun for everyone because it is nothing huge like some quest line. Probably it just me cant rest easy when i know there is something behind those sword.
