Help!! How do I get high res ps screenshots to my phone?

I have alot of nice screenshots I’ve taken in teyvat and I would love to share them, but I can’t keep the quality when transferred through playstation app. Can anyone help? I only play on playstation 5 and I haven’t found other options to sharing photos except the app. Any insight or help would be appreciated!! (This is an example taken with phone camera straight from tv)
