I can't access my Genshin account.

I can't access my Genshin account. Last week it was under a different email address but i could still play so i filled out a support form so i could have it changed back to my email and when I logged into the game yesterday afternoon it seemed like my account was reset back to the beginning but then i realized i had a different UID. I have submitted another form and tried to login using the old and new email to log into my account but it hasn't worked any sugestions?
