Problem with my account

Hello, I have a problem with my Genshin Impact account. I forgot which server I was playing on; when I checked all the servers, I couldn't find my characters, and the game started me over from the beginning. I contacted in-app support, but I haven't received a reply. I need a solution to this issue; I even checked the character display section, but my characters were not there.
