Mitya (5★)

• Element: Electro | Stellar Linchpin
• Nation: Snezhnaya
• Affiliation: Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya
• Weapon Type: Catalyst
• Important Tidbits: A very potent support for Stellar-Conduct teams. Mitya can generate Gradient Beacons.
• Gradient Beacon: Creates Polestar Fields that follow the active character.
• Elemental Skill: Skill has two variants, Tap and Hold.
• Tap: The Detection Device will enter a stable state, following enemies and dealing Stellar-Conduct Reaction DMG at intervals.
• Hold: The Detection Device will enter an overloaded state, allowing Mitya to consume multiple Gradient Beacons at once, unleashing consecutive special Charged Attacks.
• Triggering a Stellar-Conduct reaction increases the Elemental Mastery of the entire party.
• Elemental Burst: Deals AoE Electro DMG and gains a Gradient Beacon.
• Utility Passive: The Detection Device can help quickly clear paths in Snezhnaya, and even unlock a reward to change Mitya's appearance.

Valeriy (4★)

• Element: Electro | Vision
• Nation: Snezhnaya
• Affiliation: Armory Palace (Special Assignments Battalion)
• Weapon Type: Sword
• Important Tidbits: Can use "Impact Momentum" to increase the Electro DMG dealt by teammates. This buff is amplified in Stellar-Conduct teams.
• Impact Momentum: Grants Valeriy a special Charged Attack that when fired, buffs Electro DMG dealt by teammates.
• Elemental Skill: Shields the active character and deals AoE Electro DMG, also grants Valeriy Impact Momentum.
• Elemental Burst: Fires artillery shells that deal AoE Electro DMG at invertvals.
• Utility Passive: Gains increased rewards when set out on Snezhnaya expeditions for 20 hours. (Does not include Nod-Krai).
