I just created an account last 2 weeks, I've played and enjoyed the game. But a few days later, my friend showed me how to make my "Genshin Impact "game look better. He shows me the "Reshade", some kind of injector that is injected into the game but with presets and better graphic settings. I saw that it was a great idea and I listened to my friend. but just 1 week later, my account got banned and I'm very confused. I searched on "hoyolab" and a few people have the same problem as me.
Here's the proof, the first picture is the Reshade. The second one is a picture that I've captured when I'm using Reshade.
