As soon as she dropped with Inazuma she's been trapping players and slowing down their DPS. Couple that with higher HP than all other Fatui enemies and she ends up being annoying to deal with.
But did you know you can actually get out of this thing right away?

Or if you're Hu Tao you can just dash out.... 
Poor Xiao though. See the mechanic works because only the polearm characters have a charged attack that pushes them forward. Apparently the cage wasn't programmed to deal with that. (which is funny because some invisible walls randomly scattered around the map are)
But it's ok. Xiao can still get out using his skill which does pretty much the same thing as a charged polearm attack. At least he's not our final contender
She can split islands in twain but she can't get herself out of a Hydro cage.
