Yelan's ok. I really like how her skill works even if I wasn't able to show it off well in her Trial. I feel that with the amount of damage she can do the enemies for her Trial are mismatched. We should have gotten maybe Treasure Hoarders or something like in her demo so she could actually make use of her speed dashing explosion tagging skill. The biggest issue I ran into with this Trial was that I'd use the skill but they'd just die right after getting hit so new enemies would spawn in and she'd be on cooldown and helpless. Her normal attacks are pretty lame and her full charge Charged Shot is very slow.
Xiao and Yanfei are same old same old though. I still feel that Xiao was done dirty because it hasn't been long enough since his last rerun to really get anybody excited for a rererun except the few who really really want him and weren't able to snag him the last 2 times.
Meanwhile MiHoYo did me dirty too because this'll be yet another Yanfei banner that I don't want to roll for because I want to give myself as many chances to get Kuki. And that's because-
I was just like the leakers and got the Kazuha rerun wrong. But with Heizou set to release in v2.8 I just can't fit that release with Dendro and Baizhu. Heizou also doesn't seem to have anything to do with the other regions so his release should be an Inazuma-based one or at least be Inazuma at the start. And by that I mean what if he's hot on the trail of something but the trail went cold in Inazuma. With Sakoku lifted maybe the culprit he's after fled to regions afar.
Yes I'm trying to say somehow his release in v2.8 means Kazuha's rerun will finally happen at the same time. (I'm being like the leakers and just claiming Kazuha's rerun will be next each time it doesn't happen 
) Since Kazuha's now based in Liyue and Heizou is unconventional maybe Kazuha will bring him out of his comfort zone so he can learn and grow.
And maybe the culprit Heizou was after to begin with was our next banner couple Yoimiya and Klee! Because I want them to blow up Dragonspine. (come on somebody's gotta do it 
)
Is it a stretch? You bet it is! 
But Kazuha is long overdue for a rerun and if MiHoYo waits any longer we'll have 2 full patches to wait through for Sumeru before we get any more reruns meaning it'll be another 3 months after July 13! That'll mean Kazuha's rerun would happen after the anniversary! His 1st rerun! As tone-deaf as they are I sincerely hope that aren't that tone-deaf.
So my updated guess is this
v2.8: (Mondstadt Story) Kazuha w/Heizou, Yoimiya + Klee
v2.9: Baizhu w/Yaoyao, Shenhe + Albedo
v3.0: Cyno, New Sumeru Character
v3.1: Kusanali, New Sumeru Character
If there is going to be a v2.9 then alongside the 3 week delay we should actually head into the anniversary on v3.0 with Sumeru which was how I thought v2.0 would go.
Anyway another thing my rollout prediction does is set up only Yae and onward as characters we wouldn't have a rerun for. Which is fine since v2.5 wasn't too long ago so we can easily wait for v3.2 to get that going. It would also set up rereruns up to Xiao skipping only Ganyu meaning she'd be next. (Haha I'm just realizing this as I write it but that would set up that Yae/Ganyu run that I was suggesting when Yae was still not released.)
So I guess
v3.2: Yae + Ganyu (Liyue-based Story) OR
v3.2: Yae + Ganyu, Ayato (Inazuma-based Story) OR
v3.2: Yae + Ganyu, Yelan (Liyue-based Story) lol
