Fischl, Prinzessin der Verurteilung!! is an SP, BIO-type battlesuit that uses the new Bow weapon to deal long-range attacks. She can summon Oz - together they deal strong, high-combo Lightning attacks.
Fischl unique weapon skill - Aimed Shooting. After hitting an enemy with the shot, she can trigger her own QTE to trigger time fracture and apply 40% Lightning Vulnerability to enemies!
Her Ultimate [Midnight Phantasmagoria] commands Oz to rain Lightning arrows in a large radius

Mitternacht Waltz is the best weapon for Fischl. Weapon active marks enemies. Marked enemies receive 125% ATK bonus Lightning DMG every time they are hit with a Lightning attack.
✦ Moonwatcher Set: Wang Zhenyi (⭐⭐⭐⭐)
Wang Zhenyi is a powerful Lightning DMG stigma, suitable for any Lightning damage dealer. It also doubles as a Lightning support stigma, granting team 20% Lightning Vulnerability (Bottom), 15% Lightning DMG (TM), and when the full set is equipped on Fischl, grants 45% bonus Total DMG to the whole team. You don't want to miss this set!

✧ GUARANTEED PULL: Mitternacht Waltz and Zhenyi set will be available in a special Outworld Quest Supply, where you are guaranteed to get Waltz and full Zhenyi set in a maximum of 120 pulls (30 pull guarantee for each gear)
✧ SUPPLY COST: This supply uses Outworld Quest Supply Card or 280 Crystal. Focused Card can be converted to Outworld Quest Supply Card. They will stay in your inventory after the event ends.

The PRI-ARM version of Nebulous Duality. Weapon active skill now immediately gives you all 3 charges - a total of 15% Total DMG boost to the team after AE tags out. It also heals instead of reducing your HP. Whenever teammates (including AE) use Ultimate, restore 300 HP and 10 SP (CD:15s shared across the team). A good upgrade for Azure Empyrea but nothing huge. I recommend forging it but leave it at Lv50.
✦ Scythe: Iris of the Helheim (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
The PRI-ARM version of Iris of the Dreams. This is a game-changing weapon for Fallen Rosemary. Ultimate activation pauses timer, channelling time reduced to 2s, instantly max out Disir and gain all marks, higher damage multiplier for FR and more! This weapon enables FR to become a top tier DPS and greatly improves any lightning DPS lineups. Definitely get this weapon if you use FR!

The new Iris PRI-ARM has massively improved Fallen Rosemary (FR) into a powerful Lightning support-DPS. I recommend you to get it if you have FR and full gear Herrscher of Thunder.
✧ Path to Acheron
Acheron PRI-ARM is a must-have for Stygian Nymph (SN) and Swallowtail Phantasm (SP). You should only get the scythe if you use the Seeles.
✧ Allan Poe
Exclusive stigma for Stygian Nymph (SN). You should only get it if you use SN.
✧ FOR BEGINNERS
All the above gears are made for specific late-game valks. You should avoid getting them with your Crystallum.
✦ Note on Fiery Crystallum
v4.9 should be the last patch to obtain Fiery Crystallum. In version 5.0, Vintage Shop will open. It has all 4.6-4.9 Elite Works equipment. Fiery Crystallum will expire after v5.0.

2) Added a valk card for every War Treasury valk. Costs the same as buying frags weekly.
For example:
✧ KMB (counts as 14 AW per frag): 80x14 = 1120 AW
✧ CH: 80x8 = 640 AL
✧ FR: 80x (8 AW, 8 ALl) = 640 AW, 640 AL
*Please note that the card is only available for purchase if you haven’t unlocked the valkyrie. The card will be hidden when the valk is already owned. The Lightning Empress card that was available previously will also be adjusted to match this change.

VALK CARD
You can now save your Willpower and Legacy to directly buy a character card instead of purchasing the frag for 13+ weeks to get 80/100 frags.
INCREASED WEEKLY LIMIT
It is now much faster to rank up a valk to SS and SSS-rank. For example, the time needed to rank up MC from S to SSS (300 frags):
BEFORE: 300 / 6 frag per week = 50 weeks or 12 months
NOW: 300 / 10 frag per week = 30 weeks or 7 months
That’s 5 MONTHS FASTER! WOAW!
