Raiden's Illusion
The real Raiden will form an X while the illusions form a straight line
Thunderbolt
Either dodge,heal,or shield (Deals around 1500)
Lighting & Slash
Don't go in the middle and stay in the corner
Could survive it if you have a strong shield / healer
Big Sword Slash
Raiden's slash will drain your energy and deal great damage if you got hit with it (Around 12k)
Move out of the range or you could simply dodge it like this
Flowers Of Rememberance
Party's energy will be drained by the Shogun
You will need to use electro to deploy the shield instantly
If you don't deploy the shield quickly your onfield member will be defeated
If you don't have any electro character on your party you could try one of this method:
A) Use a Character that can infused their weapon / most of catalyst users
Some Characters Include:
(For burst:make sure to activate it before energy got drained)
B) Use at least one or two character with off field properties then use all of your party elemental skill

Electro Wave (Jump Rope)
Best position to jump is between the spears.
You could cheat this through with some of these characters:
Geo
If her shield is down party's energy will be full and it's best to use that to your advantage
During this stage Raiden's resistance towards elemental and physical damage will be decreased
