Ayaka Freeze Vs Melt/vaporize comp

So i am having a hard decision whether if i use melt/vaporize or perma freeze comp. Just thinking about the melt/vaporize, xiangling is super good, but if we use perma freeze comp, its heavily focused on ayaka but she will deal a LOT of damage because of the artifact blizzard stayer. So what do you guys think which is better?
