Last time it took me to 10 pity to get Shinobu-chan to come home. I had already gotten my guarantee with Yelan so I was at the mercy of the 50/50 gods.
But in just 4 more simple rolls Kazuha decided he had fun on my team too and arrived. This is I think my 3rd maybe 4th lowest pity to a 5* with Eula being the lowest at only 7 into pity. But then again I did spend an egregious amount on the lad last time so maybe he felt sorry.
I didn't really pay attention to it during the preview livestream but the set up here is so similar. Last time I ended up winning a 50/50 for Ayaka after I spent so much on Klee and Kazuha. And these guys are on the current banner. And Kazuha came home this time off of 4 pulls just like Ayaka did last time haha. And next up is Yoimiya who shared a patch with Ayaka last time.
Anyway another 7 into pity and our boy Heizou decided he wanted to hang out with his good buddy too. So I'm pretty much done for this patch and waiting on our Dendro boys in v2.9.
As for the trials I'd say I did peg Heizou's playstyle issue right from the start. As a melee character his range is not the best. I think people will need to figure out how to work it out with him. That said he's still so fun to play. I love his skill and maybe if we do a pure Elemental Mastery/Energy Recharge build he'll just constantly have his Burst ready so you can just alternate between skill and Burst because that's where you get the big AoE and have tons of fun being Captain Falcon lol
As for Kazuha I am noticing that he's really reliant on a team with elements. Since they only paired him with Barbara the trial went slower than I was used to with him lol Well that won't be a problem on my team. With him now in the mix I've got a modified Morgana so hopefully that means fun with unga bunga damage. And this guy's utility is second to none! (I'm just really happy about it lol) And the range of that utility! I'm so glad I don't have to run around so much with him on the team.
