Using this guide
Tiering:
1. great
2. good
3. ok
4. niche
5. very rarely
6. (no mention at all)
For example, "great 1 good 2 niche 3" means that
First is great, second is good, third is niche, and anything after that is never used.
I recommend salvaging everything that is "very rarely" and worse. However, please note that, for example, Peary is never used but can be transmuted to Ana Schariac.

Additional notes
I sometimes put the name again like this "[Shuijing]" because Mihoyo censors "1" followed by "S". I put the name again in brackets so that you can easily lookup the Stigma by name using the Find feature.
This list was last updated in version 5.0! That means that future Stigmata may have no mention but may still be good!
