Pros:
1. Excellent Crowd Control. Venti is the best character in the game when it comes to Crowd Control, he is so good at it that having him on your team in a setting where he can abuse his Crowd Control will make it so much easier
2. Venti trivializes any content where enemies can be dragged or lifted by his Elemental Burst. Not only is its reach huge, it also does a lot of damage
3. Speaking of damage, Venti has some great Sub DPS potential. Not only can venti be built fully with Elemental Mastery, he can also be built with Crit Rate / Damage and attack and both of these builds allow Venti to do great damage off-field
4. As an Anemo character, Venti can utilize the 4pc Viridescent Venerer, this makes his value in elemental focused teams even higher
5. Venti's Elemental Burst refunds 15 energy to himself and to characters of the element that his Elemental Burst got infused by, this allows your Energy Recharge requirements to drop by a pretty noticable amount
6. Good f2p weapon options. Not only does Venti benefit from 4*s like the Stringless and 5*s like the Elegy for the End, he also has f2p weapon options, those being the Windblume Ode and the Favonius Warbow
Cons:
1. Elemental Burst lift could cause some of your teammates to no longer be able to hit enemies in Venti's Elemental Burst, an example would be Xiangling, whose Elemental Burst cannot hit enemies as long as they are within Venti's
2. When used, Venti's Elemental Burst targets the nearest enemy, but has some range before actually stopping, for his Elemental Burst to work properly, you need to position yourself at a distance and facing most enemies, if in an AoE scenario
Noteworthy Constellations:
C2- This lowers Anemo and Phys resistance for enemies hit by Venti's Elemental Skill and lowers it even more if they were lifted in the air by the same ability. This not only makes Venti's own damage better, but also makes him a better pairing for characters like Xiao and Eula
C6- Enemies hit by Venti's Elemental Burst will have their Anemo resistance lowered, and if his Elemental Burst infuses an element, they will also have their resistance to said element lower. This again makes Venti an even better choice for Xiao teams and in general an even better choice for Elemental Teams

Freeze: Ganyu Venti Diona / Rosaria / Ayaka / Shenhe and Kokomi / Mona
Ayato Teams: Ayato Venti Bennett and Fischl / Yun Jin
And many more, Venti can even be used in a team with a free slot, any team, as long as the situation he'll be used in will benefit from his Crowd Control
