Welcome to my [ Honkai Beta 6.0 ] The Queen's Realm: Herrscher of Human and Herrscher of Void guide to Elysian Realm! I gotta say HoH is pretty insane in ER and the amazing fact that she can use almost every signet available. Her animations are also very pretty
HoV ultimate nuke is equivalent to HoH's damage. Both HoH and HoV have two builds in ER and both feel great to use.
Let's have a look at HoH and HoV Kit in ER.

Stage effects and buffs update
Enemies have -30% total damage reduction which is disabled when Valkyrie or support valkyrie uses range weapons (Bow, Pistol and Cannon). Enemies take more damage for 8s after freezing or bleeding. Decimation and Setsuna Signets are lvl boosted by 2
In this cycle, Tonatiuth on F17 have been replaced by SSS Hephaestus.This SSS Hephaestus is different from Hephaestus at F12. We can see from the buffs that valkyries who are herrscher or have ranged weapons should be used.
Luckily, all the herrschers use weapon active quite frequently.
Additional Information
In case you missed it, a new item will be added in ER. You can get it by doing runs.
You can use this item to enjoy the ER story without ruining your immersion. Players who are already done with the ER story may remember that there was a mission that came up quite a few times.
"Clear more than F5 to continue story progression"
You can use this item to skip that mission.
Newly Added Support Valkyrie
Fallen Rosemary Support Valkyrie
Fallen Rosemary (FR) will be added in ER as a support valkyrie
FR gathers, inflict 10 Paralyze Trauma, and boosts valkyrie elemental damage by 25% for 20s.
Sadly, she doesn't remove QUA layer from enemies.
How to use HoH in ER
Here are two ways to play HoH in ER. one is a lazy mode where you simply use her charge attack and everything dies. The second is when you use his Burst Mode, WA and Ultimate evasion. The latter one is more interactive and powerful.
HoH is a flame chaser so she gets two Ego signets at the start.
Charge Attack Build
You simply hold down the [ATK] button, sometimes use the active weapon and evasion skill.
You don't have to worry about gathering enemies. Her Charge attack Ego signet gathers enemies.
Burst Mode Build
In burst mode, You use Charge attack to get SP -> Use Ultimate -> Weapon Active -> Ultimate evasion -> Charge Attack -> Weapon Active -> Repeat / Ult Finisher.
I didn't include the Ultimate evasion -> Charge attack part in the gif to explain how she works.
In most cases, you will never repeat this rotation. Everything dies in a jiffy.

Charge Attack Build
This signet is core to charge attack build. This signet increases charge attack damage and gathers enemies.
This signet gives tons of movement speed and attack speed. This signet also reduces the weapon active and ultimate evasion CD and further increases charge attack damage.
These two are the only signet required for Charge attack build.
Burst Mode Build
This signet takes care of SP problem. It also reduces ultimate CD.
This signet is what makes her weapon active and charge attack a nuke in Burst mode.
It is not necessary to get this signet, but picking this can significantly reduce the run time.
You can see the Pristine Crystals count above her HP. When she uses ultimate, she gets all 4 crystals stacks.
Upon using Ultimate Evasion, she clears all crystals and deals damage to enemies.
The damage dealt is quite big.
The only way to get Crystal back is to enter burst mode again.
Finality Gameplay
How to use HoV in ER
There are two ways to build HoV in the ER. One is where you spam her evasion skill and weapon active. You need her weapon "Domain of Void" for this build to work. The second is where you get the Space Core stack and use Ultimate. In this build, her ultimate is a nuke. The more stacks you have, the higher your ultimate damage is. Her weapon is not necessary for this build.
Each build has its pros and cons.
Weapon Active Spam Build
Her evasion skill and weapon active CD is reduced by the Signet. In this build, gathering is not an issue, her signet takes care of it.
So you basically, Enter Herrscher mode -> Weapon active -> Evasion Skill -> few basic atk -> Weapon active -> Evasion Skill and repeat until everything dies.
Ultimate Nuke Build
In this, you build space core stack and then use Ultimate. The more stacks you have, the more damage your ultimate deals will do.
You can see the stack stack count above her HP bar. You can gain stacks using Weapon active, Ultimate evasion, and Basic ATK.
Ego Signets Recommendation
Her WA Spam uses Vill-V core 2 as the main signet.
Her Ultimate Nuke primarily uses Griseo Core 2 and Kevin Core 1.

Weapon Active Spam Build
This signet is what you'll start with. You can use build Ultimate build with WA Spam builds but. I would suggest you to not try it unless have all 3 Griseo paint.
This signet increases her damage and takes care of gathering enemies. I would suggest rerolling for the ego portal on F1 for this signet. Otherwise, your run will be very slow.
Ultimate Nuke Build
This signet is what you'll start with. This allows you to get stacks more quickly and have consistent damage when not using Ultimate.
The Signet of Law brings supreme judgment over all beings. This signet is what makes her Ultimate a Nuke
You must have guessed it, you need 2 Ego signs ASAP for both the build or you are either wasting time or you will start lacking damage.
I suggest to re-roll for Ego portal on F1.
In the end, her remaining two signet are not needed at all, and if you end up getting a third signet portal, grab Law's blessing during the WA Spam build and Coleus's blessing during the Ultimate Nuke build.
In short, you can merge both the builds. Start with WA Spam and get the blessing of Law later. In this case, it's better to not get Kevin.

Conclusion
Both HoH and HoV have very interesting gameplay and I really like how the Devs gave thought about gathering enemies and added gather in their Kit.
So far I have had a lot of fun trying out HoH and HoV in the ER.
Special mention to HoH, her damage is quite something else. She puts out some pretty big damage numbers.
