Commission: Attaché in Another Land
This requires completing "Tatara Tales" in Inazuma.
During the commission, Hanbei will ask you to gather mushrooms.
You only need 5 to complete the quest.
However, if you pick more than 5, you'll get an extra dialogue option and achievement.
Aha! What's on the Hook?
Commission: 3x Supreme Hookshot
Kayvan will ask you for bait materials.
There are 3 variations: a mushroom, bird egg, or Zaytun Peach peach.
Regardless which you get, if you complete this 3 times, you'll unlock "Cost-Effective Hook" the next day.
Kalimi's Fungus
When Wealth Comes A-Knockin'
Commission: Random, at least 2x Gold Devouring and Mora Gathering
When you first get this commission, Hatim asks you for a lucky meal.
After reviewing data, it seems the dish you choose does not matter.
There are 4 variations.
If Hatim makes a fortune, you'll get When Wealth Comes A-Knockin'.
If Hatim doesn't do great, give him Apple Cider from Angel's Share and you'll get Kalimi's Fungus.
Catch Me-ow if You Can!
Commission: Random, at least 3x Meow... Meow meow? Meow! Meow.
Sareh asks you to find her cat
There are 3 possible variations, one for each cat: Lale, Nargis, and Rozan.
Each has a specific set of "meows" they answer to.
Make sure you get it right!
Lale: Meow, meow meow meow, meow--
Nargis: Meow! meow meow, meow.
Rozan: Meow meow meow, meow meow meow.
Relaxation Therapy
Commission: Random, at least 3x Doctor's Orders
Zakariya asks you to give medicine to a random patient.
After giving the medicine, don't turn in the quest just yet!
Talk to them.
Each of them has a hidden bonus objective.
Gurgen: Destroy the bushes in his garden
Azra: Give her Sugar
Aftab: Give him Delicious Steak
Complete all 3 to get the achievement.
Up by the Roots
Commissions: Random, The Flowers That Won't Grow -> When Flowers Bloom
There are 2 variations of the first commissions, "The Flowers That Won't Grow".
For one, Vardan asks you to use Hydro on the flower..
The other requires you to give 3 Harra Fruits to him.
You might need to do both to unlock the follow-up "When Flowers Blooms".
There are two versions in this one as well.
The first is the Sumeru Rose version where the flower blooms normally.
The second is the Whopperflower version where it turns out the flower was a Whopperflower.
If you get the Whoppflower version, head northeast to the river.
You'll find the Whopperflow hanging around there.
Defeat it to get this achievement.
Non-Obligatory Request
Commission: Random, at least 3x Project Baby
Gulabgir asks you to find pet snake food he left behind in camps.
There are 5 possible camps.
3 of them have a hidden object in them.
Fungi Camp: Strange Bead in the pots
Rock Camp: Shabby Rack in a rock pile nearby
Tree Camp: Strange Tiny Hats in one of the nests
Find and return all 3 to Gulabgir for this achievement.

Problem Conversion: Loading Capacity
"Problem Conversion" is simple, just follow the instructions and help Rafiq.
In "Theory Reliability" however, make sure that you get all 5 planks!
If you don't, you'll get the failed version of "Loading Capacity"!
What's the Matter?
Commission: Random, at least 3x Eat and Learn
Jafar asks you to give him materials for a random meal.
There are 3 variations.
Minty Bean Soup: 1x Mint
Panipuri: 1x Potato
Shawarma Wrap: Raw Meat
Complete all 3 for this achievement.
Scholarly in Sumeru
Commissions: Random, at least 2x Akademiya Q&A
Ziryab will ask you 3 of 6 possible questions.
Answer all 6 correctly to get this achievement.
Tree that holds up the Akademiya: Divine Tree
Darshan with the largest number of researchers: Amurta
Beasts merchants use to carry their goods: Sumpter Beast
Darshan that studies elemental powers: Spantamad
Barriers around the desert: Wall of Samiel
Mushroom-like monsters around Sumeru: Fungi
Don't Blame the Mora!
This will require all of the previous Gourmet Supremo quests in Inazuma.
You will also have to re-do the commission quest "Gourmet Supremos: Where'd the Ingredients Go?"
After doing that, find Xudong at the right side of Port Ormos.
Complete "Gourmet Supremos: Within Our Duties" to get your achievement.
Unconfirmed
"To Measure the World!" Achievement
After doing this world quest and placing down beacons, there should in theory be a world quest to retrieve them.
However, it seems no one has received the follow-up.
"Garcia's Paean" Achievement
These commissions are unlocked after completing a world quest at Wangshu Inn.
It seems to be lengthy and no one has made it very far into the commission chain.
The world quest "Garcia's Paean: A Gift of Compatibility" is in the reputation menu, however.
