Event Introduction:
In this heartwarming winter, what unforgettable stories will be served at Valkyries' tea party on Hyperion? Get creative and present your take on Winter Tea Party with videos or images!
● Submissions should be based on the Dorm gameplay of Honkai Impact 3rd.
● Submissions should be videos or images telling unique stories through the interactions (with chibis or objects) and conversations of Dorm chibis.
● The conversations of Dorm chibis can be canon or original.
This contest is divided into Video Category and Image Category.
● Please create a video post if you are competing in the Video Category or an image post if you are competing in the Image Category.
Standards for Entrants & Entries
Entrants must warrant that:
● Entrants must be adults, subject to the laws of their country or region or residence. Otherwise, they must engage with the knowledge and consent of their guardians.
● Their entries are entirely their own work and can be legally submitted by them.
● Entries must be newly published on HoYoLAB after December 24, 2021. Entries that are made public beforehand on any platform or through any channel are invalid, excluding video entries that are first made public on YouTube on December 24, 2021 as instructed in order to be submitted to HoYoLAB.
● Images can be uploaded directly on the event page. An image file size cannot exceed 20MB. If a submission contains multiple images, please combine them into a single long image if possible. Please make sure the image and text is clear when uploading.
● Videos must be published on YouTube first. Please choose "Gaming - Honkai Impact 3rd" as the category and include "This video is an entry in the Honkai Impact 3rd Winter Tea Party Creativity Contest" in the description. Once the videos are published, entrants can submit the generated links to the event page.
● Please make sure that your entries conform with HoYoLAB rules or they may be removed by moderators. Please visit {url} to see our rules. If you wish to appeal a removal, please contact us at hi3_events@mihoyo.com.
● If entrants edit their entries without notifying us, they may be disqualified. If you must make an edit, please notify us at hi3_events@mihoyo.com beforehand. By deleting their entries, entrants have withdrawn them from the contest.
● Each entrants may submit no more than 3 creations per category, but entries removed by moderators or the entrants themselves do not count. If more than 3 creations are submitted, only the first 3 are valid.
● Each entrant can only win once in each category. In case of winning multiple prizes, only the highest prize will be given.
● The contributors to collaborative entries are credited when submitting. Every collaborative entry can only be submitted by one entrant, who will also receive the prizes awarded for the entry.
Award Selection Rules
● After the submission period ends, the organizer will select numerous finalists to enter the final round of review.
● The 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place winners will be selected by the official Honkai Impact 3rd team based on their creativity, presentation, and completeness.
● The winners of Lucky Prize will be randomly picked from Captains who have submitted valid entries.
● The vacancies left by disqualified winners will be filled by runner-ups.
● If there are not enough entries that meet our standards, there may be vacancies for winners.
Results Announcement & Prize Issuance
● After the selection period ends, we will announce the results in our communities.
● Winners must submit their info as requested by February 10, 2022. Failure to comply amounts to a forfeiture of the prizes.
● In-game and HoYoLAB prizes will be issued within 30 days of the end of the results announcement period. Physical prizes will be shipped within 90 days of the end of the results announcement period. The actual delivery times will vary by service. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Copyright Ownership
● By submitting a creation successfully, entrants have agreed to irrevocably, exclusively, globally, and permanently authorize the organizer and its related companies to publicize their entries online and offline with credit for free. The organizer can transfer or sublicense this right.
● Without the written consent of the organizer, entrants shall not use or permit third parties to use their entries for commercial purposes during or after the contest.

● If you find any entrants or entries violate any contest rules during the contest (from the submission period through the results announcement period), please report them to us at hi3_events@mihoyo.com. The format of the report email should be as follows:

● If reports are confirmed to be true, the entrant or entries in question will be disqualified.
● Entries only reflect the views of individual competitors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Honkai Impact 3rd.
● If the operation of the contest is impacted by uncontrollable factors such as procedural defects or unauthorized interference, or the organizer believes it can no longer carry on the contest as planned, the organizer reserves the right to modify contest rules, suspend or cancel the contest, or take other reasonable actions at any time.
● The aspects not specified by contest rules are still subjected to HoYoLAB's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Community Rules, and Honkai Impact 3rd's User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
● The organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify entrants for any of the following reasons:
1. Entries shall not infringe upon the trademarks, copyrights, patents, portraits, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party in any way; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify those entrants and hold them legally responsible (including but not limited to covering the loss of the organizer and its related companies).
2. Entries shall not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content (such as politics, discrimination, pornography, gore, insults, ridicule, or other controversial topics), defame Honkai Impact 3rd and/or the organizer (including its related companies and products), or involve any product other than Honkai Impact 3rd.
3. Entrants shall not infringe upon any legitimate rights or interests of Honkai Impact 3rd and/or the organizer (including its related companies and products), or disseminate any untrue information concerning Honkai Impact 3rd and/or the organizer (including its related companies and products).
4. Without the written consent of the organizer, entrants shall not use or permit third parties to use their entries for commercial purposes.
5. Entrants shall not provide false or invalid information.
6. Entrants shall not take actions that violate any rules imposed by the organizer, disrupt the operation of the contest (such as impacting its fairness), or entail negative consequences.
● By submitting creations, entrants have agreed to follow contest rules. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate contest rules.
