✦ This is the guide for the collab battlesuit FISCHL- [Prinzessin der Verurteilung]. Fischl is a BIO-type Lightning Support and can deal decent off-field damage with the help of her trusty partner, Oz.
✦ OVERVIEW
✦ Fischl is very good Lightning support with simple yet powerful buffs:
- QTE: Applies 40% Lightning vulnerability for 20s, and trigger 3s time fracture
- Ultimate: Entire team Lightning DMG increased by 55% for 18s.
✦ Charged ATK and Ultimate summons Oz. Oz remains on the field even after Fischl switches out, dealing significant amount of Lightning DMG, and recovers SP for Fischl.
✦ Fischl has high hit-count attacks, which are useful against certain enemies like Nihilus Husk.
✦ Fischl cannot crit like in Genshin. Boo
✦ RANK-UP
Fischl unlocks team buffs at A-rank and S-rank. For new players, she is already usable at S / SS-rank, I recommend pushing her to SSS-rank aafter you’re done farming other SS-rank other SP valks (Pardofelis, Griseo) for the increased sp recovery and debuffs.
[A] Unlocks QTE and inflicts 34% Lightning Vulnerability, lasts 15s. After using Ultimate, Oz’s attack recovers SP for Fischl. (2.7 / 3.6 SP)
[S] Ult gives team 42.8% Lightning DMG for 18s. Oz attacks reset the duration of Lightning Vulnerability applied from QTE.
[SS] Team buff from Ultimate increased to 55% Lightning DMG. Oz duration increased from 18 to 30s. Aimed shooting now boosts Oz’s Special ATK and boosts Ultimate Total DMG by 15%. Aimed shot deals more damage when you hit an enemy's weak spot.
[SSS] Lightning Vulnerability inflicted via QTE increased to 40%. Oz attacks now give a lot more SP (5.5 / 7.5 SP)
✦ SKILL OVERVIEW
In this section, I will be going through some of Fischl's skills. This serves as a reference for players. If you are already familiar with her abilities, you can skip to the next sections.
✦ Weapon Skill: Aimed Shooting ✦
Hold down the weapon button to use Fischl unique weapon skill - Aimed Shooting. After hitting an enemy with the shot, she can trigger her own QTE to activate 3s time fracture, apply 40% Lightning Vulnerability to enemies, and restore 16 SP!
✦ In Aimed Shooting, you can hit an enemy’s weak spot to deal more damage. (Weak spot is the small dot.)
✦ You can simply tap the weapon button to fire a quick shot and still trigger QTE.
✦ This is the fundamental skill of Fischl, and you will use it as an opener and trigger other valk’s QTE (eg: Fallen Rosemary, Herrscher of Thunder)
✦ Weapon skill has two charges. Time fracture and SP recovery have a cooldown.
Charged ATK: Nightrider
Fischl has two Charged ATK
✦ If Oz is not present, Charged ATK summons Oz (summoned entity). While Oz is present, Fischl’s Basic ATK becomes enhanced and her ATK Speed increases.
✦ If Oz is present, Charged ATK fires an arrow, dealing 300% ATK Lightning DMG
✦ Ultimate - Midnight Phantasmagoria [SP: 100, CD: 20s] ✦
Commands Oz to soar up and rain down a shower of arrows, deal 20%x50 ATK of Lightning DMG, then create a massive explosion of 1000% ATK Lightning DMG.
✦ Ultime grants team 55% bonus Lightning DMG for 18s
✦ Refreshes Oz’s duration
✦ Oz - Your Trusty Companion ✦
Oz can be summoned using Charged ATK and Ultimate. Oz stays on the field even after Fischl is switched out. He is Fischl’s biggest source of off-field damage and sp recovery!
✦ Oz lasts for 18s (A-rank) / 30s (SS-rank). Duration refreshes on Ultimate.
✦ Oz uses Basic ATK periodically, dealing Melee Lightning DMG. When any team member uses Combo / Charged ATK, Oz launches a Special ATK - dealing 80% x 12 Lightning DMG and restoring 3 SP for Fischl.
✦ After using Ultimate, Oz’s Basic / Special ATK restore
- 2.7 / 3.6 SP for Fischl (A-rank)
- 5.5 / 7.5 SP for Fischl (SSS-rank)
✦ OTHERS ✦
✦ LEAD SKILL: Team ranged ATK Total DMG +15%, Elemental DMG +28%
✦ EVASION: Trigger 3s Time Fracture
✦ BASIC ATK: Deal Lightning DMG. When Oz is present, Basic ATK is enhanced and deals 3x more hits.

✦ HOW TO USE FISCHL
Fischl is a very simple character.
- At the start of battle, use Charged ATK to summon Oz.
- When you switch in, use Weapon Skill and QTE to apply Lightning vulnerability. At this point, you already apply most buffs/debuffs by Fischl and Zhenyi. In short rotation, you can already switch out.
- If you have enough sp, use Ultimate (summons Oz) and switch out.
- Or, if you are lacking sp, you can use Charged ATK to summon Oz, and use Charged ATK to get some sp.
✦ BEST WEAPONS FOR FISCHL
Being a brand new Bow user, Fischl doesn’t have a lot of weapon choices.
✦ Mitternacht Waltz
Weapon Skill: 600% ATK Lightning DMG, Weak Spot: 200% ATK Lightning DMG
Mitternacht Waltz is the best Bow for Fischl. Weapon active marks enemies and makes them take 125% ATK Lightning DMG every time they receive Lightning attacks, for up to 30 times. This is actually A LOT OF DAMAGE.

✦ Cerulean Flare
EFFECTS: When hitting weakspot, drop an sp pack, restore 15 sp to the team. Wielder gains 30 sp on entry (CD 60s). Team Total DMG +25%.
Cerulean Flare is a situational bow in situations where you want more sp for the other team members in exchange for less Fischl sp. Commonly used in situations where you can beat the enemy quickly. Used in Herrscher of Thunder and Mobius teams vs certain bosses.
✦ Call of Crescent
Call of Crescent is not even good, but it's farmable. If you don't want to waste resources, just use whatever bow you have until you get Fischl's gears.

Standard team for general use cases.
- Fischl with Zhenyi/Turgenev gives powerful Lightning, TDM buffs and debuffs
- Eden provides team with sp recovery, paralyze trauma charge, buffs and debuffs.
SUPPORT SUBSTITUTES
LIGHTNING DPS - FISCHL - FALLEN ROSEMARY
TIn some situations, Fallen Rosemary, Azure Empyrea and Pardofelis can be used over Fischl / Eden.
- For example. against Andrius, MOBIUS FISCHL AE or MOBIUS FISCHL FR is used to counter the transition phase.
- Fallen Rosemary can be used against Quantum enemies - she provides quantum collapse and has type bonus. HOT EDEN FR is used vs SSS Kosma
- Pardofelis provides rapid sp recovery and Total DMG debuff, so even Lightning teams can use her. She can be used when you have not farmed Eden to SSS rank yet.

If you're building Herrscher of Thunder, Aponia, or Mobius, it is recommended to farm Fischl, at least until SS-rank.
- She is already usable at S / SS-rank, I recommend pushing her to SSS-rank after you’re done farming other SS-rank other SP valks (Pardofelis, Griseo) for the increased sp recovery and debuffs.
- Her signature stigma ZHENYI is a powerful support stigma that can also be used on any Lightning DPS. You can consider pulling Zhenyi supply.
