Hoi, Marisa Honkai here. In this article, we’ll compare the best gears for the new Herrscher of Flamescion (HoF). We’ll do a DPS check, analyze the results and demonstrate them in real battles. This article also has a Youtube video version
✦ DPS CHECK✦
✦ Lineup used
For DPS check, I used Azure Empyrea and Sakuno Rondo team. Fuxi B stigma and Shamash require ignited enemies to activate their bonus damage. HoF doesn't have any ignite, so and Salvation of Sakura will do the job.

AE > Rondo > Flamescion QTE, Combo, Weapon Skill, Evasion, Basic, Combo, Basic, Combo, Ul*

This is a fairly long but realistic sequence. In actual battle, the rotation can be much shorter since HoF kills bosses pretty fast, but the result of this DPS check should still reflect the gear strength on Flamescion.
✦ STIGMA COMPARISON✦
✦ Stigma used
1. Flamescion damage is evenly distributed across Basic, Combo and Ultimate. Luckily, these Fire DMG stigmas have unrestricted buff.
2. Domain of Incandescence gun is used throughout the DPS check.
✦ RESULT
Evaluation:
1. Murata Himeko set is the best for Flamescion. Himeko Bot is the most important piece in the set.
2. LeeuwenhoekTB ThalesM is an excellent substitute.
3. Fuxi B only works vs ignited enemies. HoF doesn’t have ignite. If you wanna use Fuxi B, bring a support ignite and make sure the boss is not resistant or immune to ignite. You can substitute it with BringerB
‘What about Jingwei Thales Fuxi? What about LwhT HimekoMB? Etc etc’
Take ThalesTM FuxiB for example. Just assume that replacing Thales T with Jingwei T will produce a slightly lower result. (since Jingwei T has lower multiplier)

✦ WEAPON COMPARISON✦
✦ Weapons used
1. Shamash requires ignite. I made another test using Shamash without ignite, substituting Rondo with Blood Dance.
2. Positron represents guns with high ATK, a.k.a any PRI-ARM
3. For weapon DPS check, Murata Himeko set is used throughout the DPS check.
✦ RESULT
Evaluation:
1. The gap between Domain of Incandescence (DoI) with other weapons is huge. DoI also has extra sp, multi-hit fire dmg that helps break shields like Rimestar and Kasumi, and detonate Ember Brand. This weapon is irreplaceable for HoF.
2. Surprisingly, Positron's high ATK managed to beat all the extra multipliers from Tranquil Arias and Kikaku.
3. Shamash almost matched Kikaku's damage but without ignite, the damage dropped significantly. Again, HoF doesn’t have ignite and most bosses are resistant or immune to ignite. Try to avoid this weapon if you can.
EVALUATION - EXTRA
Stigma has better options compared to the gun. The next best thing for the gun is far weaker. Domain of Incandescence / Key of Radiance is very important for HoF! Try to pull it. Maybe you’ll even get Murata Himeko stigma while pulling~
✦ vs HEPHAESTUS ARENA✦
I tested some stigma combinations vs Hephaestus Arena. Watch the vid below for full gameplay.
1. Note that the runs were made vs Hephaestus, who is one of the easiest MA boss. (with end-game supports)
2. Expect the score to scale a lot worse vs harder enemies (Abyss, SSS MA boss) and with weaker supports
OTHER RESULTS
I collected some scores with various gears from live CN server.
✦ CONCLUSION✦
1. Domain of Incandescence / Key of Radiance with Murata Himeko is Flamescion's best set.
2. DoI is an irreplaceable weapon. High ATK, multipliers, sp regen, etc. I recommend you to pull for the weapon, and maybe you’ll get some Himeko pieces while pulling.
3. Arias, Kikaku, LwhTB ThalesM, BringerTB ThalesM are good substitutes, enough to get 31k kills in Arena.
