This effect has the following properties:

If you want a DPS Candace then Emblem of Severed Fate from Momiji-Dyed Court is the best choice for you. Having Candace at C6 will best take advantage of this build. By increasing her Energy Recharge her Elemental Burst will charge faster so it can be used more often.

Staff of Homa is the best weapon option for Candace. It is a limited 5-star polearm that is Hu Tao's signature weapon. It increases the character's HP and provides an ATK bonus. This makes it great for Candace in any role - Support, Sub-DPS or DPS.
The Catch is the best F2P weapon option for Candace. In her official videos she is shown using this weapon. It increases Candace's Energy Recharge and boosts her Elemental Burst damage, making it ideal for a Sub-DPS role.
Favonius Lance increases Candace's Energy Recharge which allows her to use her Elemental Burst more often. This is ideal for a Sub-DPS role.
Black Tassel is another great F2P weapon. While it is only a 3-star polearm, it is the only polearm thats second statistic is HP. Candace's HP is vital for a Support role as her shield and AoE Hydro DMG scales off it.
Main DPS: Ayato → Main damage dealer using primarily Normal Attacks. Boosted through Hydro Resonance and Normal Attack Buff.
Sub DPS: Xiangling → Tri***** Vaporize reaction using her Elemental Burst.
Support: Candace → Boosts the Normal Attacks of the team.
Healer: Kokomi → Heals the team.
Main DPS: Cyno → Cyno is the main DMG dealer of the team primarily via Normal Attacks which are amplified using his Elemental Burst.
Sub DPS: Candace → Causes Electro-Charged Elemental Reactions with Cyno.
Sub DPS: Yelan → Tri***** Hydro Resonance within the team.
Support: Kazuha → Groups enemies together and provides DMG buff to teammates.
Main DPS: Candace → Acts as the Hydro DPS.
Sub DPS: Xiangling → Tri***** the Vaporize Reaction with Candace.
Support: Sucrose → Boosts reactions and groups enemies together.
