Accurately complete the form to apply your interest to be an Official Genshin Impact Content Creator. You may edit your response while the form is still accepting submissions. After the submission deadline, all responses are assumed finalized. Completing the application does not guarantee Official Content Creator status nor benefits.
Do NOT contact @MOD regarding your application - @MOD are only responsible for community Discord-related issues as outlined from contact-mods. Do NOT contact the HoYoLAB Content Creator email. That email is NOT related to the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program.
II. Reminders
The Genshin Impact Official Community Team reserves the right of final interpretation for this program, including the right to exclude those if one has been found unqualified to the community. The company has the final say on Content Creator status and rewards. Private benefits earned through this program should not be *****ssed with others. Neglect may result in revoking benefits, confi****ing primogems, banning from the Content Creator Program, and banning eligibility from future community events.
Ensure your content/platform does NOT promote any form of unauthorized content such as leaks, datamines, and NDA topics as it will result in IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION and possible escalatation.

Results announcement and exclusive Discord invitations can be expected to release around the 15th of each month. There are no plans to notify about declined status.
Are Primogems or official membership guaranteed after completing the form?
There is no guarantee for either Primogems or membership, but consider to apply if you meet the minimum requirements. It is possible to be gifted Primogems, but not receive the @3.1 Content Creator title.
What are the responsibilities of an Official Genshin Impact Content Creator?
Abide to the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program's Policies, abide to Genshin Impact's Policies, and ACCURATELY complete the monthly form. It's advised to follow content-creator-announcements so there is clear communication.

Am I liable for prohi****d third-party comments or behavior?
You are accountable for fostering the type of environments in your community. Hosting a space that promotes unauthorized behavior effects your eligibility as an Official Content Creator. However, declarations or efforts that minimize as such is appreciated. You may choose to ignore, delete, or condemn the third-party's behavior, depending on the severity of the situation.
Can I retire from the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program?
Yes, there are no penalties from taking a temporary Hiatus or indefinite retirement.
Hiatus status assumes the person has not or will not create content for an entire Version cycle. However, Hiatus are expected to complete the monthly form to retain their @3.1 Content Creator role and access to the Genshin Impact Content Creator Discord.
Do not complete the monthly form if seeking retirement, and you will automatically be removed from the Genshin Impact Content Creator Discord as well retire the @3.1 Content Creator role within the following cycle.
What are HoYoverse's branding guidelines?
The proper representations are as follow: HoYoverse, HoYoLAB, Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, and Tears of Themis.
Do not modify trademarked logos for personal or platform usage. Do not use trademarked logos to imitate as official content. Do not use HoYoverse's IP to allude a political direction or other works.
Can I disclose that I'm an Official Genshin Impact Content Creator?
Yes! However, please do NOT confuse the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program as a form of partnership or sponsorship with HoYoverse.
How can I help someone learn about the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program?
Feel free to share the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program on Notion with others. However, keep in mind that personal recommendations or "third-party" forms of communications will not be accepted, and do not disclose Staff or team member's contact information without permission.
When is the monthly form expected to open and close?
The form will be open for about a week at the end of each month, from the 24th or 25th until the 1st.
Do you accept late form submissions?
No. Please be diligent and timely.
I made a mistake on my monthly form submission! Can this be corrected?
You can personally correct your response by searching for the latest "Google Form" copy in your inbox/spam email then clicking the "Editing Response" ****on during the submission period. All submissions will be treated as final once the deadline pass** over; requests for the team to modify or correct submissions will not be accepted.
How will my Content be evaluated?
Primogems primarily scale to the qualitative performance of what you determined as your personal best content made within the previous and current Version cycle in the monthly form.
Note: Monthly Primogem gifts may or may not be consistent, and there is a relative soft cap of Primogem gifts.
Is there a minimum quota?
We ask for at least one completed content per Version cycle (6 weeks).
Work-In-Progress content will only be accepted from Cosplayers, CosMakers, Animators, Specialized Crafters, or Project Managers.
What is Bonus Content?
Bonus Content are optional opportunities for more Primogem gifts. eligible-bonuses will be updated monthly to list the eligible Bonus Content corresponding to Genshin Impact's Version before each form opening.
When are Primogems from the Content Creator Program usually distributed?
At the end of each month; usually between the 21st - 25th.
Can I disclose the amount of gifted Primogems?
No. Ensure you do your best to minimize disclosure, even if unintentional.
What are the penalties for neglecting HoYoverse's policies?
HoYoverse reserves the right to escalate enforcement such as revoking benefits, confi****ing Primogems, banning from the Content Creator Program, and banning eligibility from future community events.

Are there restrictions to publishing certain types of content?
Content Creators are encouraged to publish content they determine is best curated for both their community and Genshin Impact's community.
However, if certain information cannot be found in the current game Version or is not officially published by HoYoverse about upcoming content, please until there is confirmation. Theories or Speculations will only be tolerated if passable arguments can be made based on official information. Do not refer to unauthorized or not credible sources. Be mindful of HoYoverse's policies and rules within the Program.
Can information from Closed Beta Tests be used for content?
Closed Beta Tests 1 - 3, prior to Genshin Impact's Global release, may be authorized. Pioneer Testing, all under NDA and after Genshin Impact's Global release, are not authorized - even if the Version goes live. There should NOT be comparisons made between Pioneer clients and Live clients.
Can Genshin Impact characters or assets be used for VTuber models?
No.

Are there restrictions to draw or cosplay certain characters?
Any officially debuted characters. If a character's appearance has yet to be debuted by HoYoverse on their official social media, promotional campaign, current game version, or comics, please do not contribute until there is confirmation.
Is there expectation to draw or cosplay multiple characters?
Character-centric submissions or platforms are acceptable.
I want to be an Official Content Creator, but I also publish NSFW. What can I do?
The primary (and secondary) platforms submitted for evaluation should generally be free from NSFW content. However, if your platform contains NSFW content but is reputably gated behind verification, then it may be omittable.
Is Work-In-Progress Content considered?
Yes, but only from Cosplayers, CosMakers, Animators, Specialized Crafters, and Project Managers as long as the submitted WIP indicates visible effort towards completion. Fan-made Genshin Impact Zines and Merchandise may be accounted.
Are Original Characters (OCs) or Alternate Universes (AUs) considered?
Anything Genshin Impact-related is acceptable. However, we reasonably expect some canon content as well.
Is Bonus Content time sensitive?
Publication of Bonus Content within the corresponding Version cycle is acceptable. For example: Bonus Content of Razor's Birthday published within Version 2.1.

What is the recommended length for Guides, Articles, Blogs, or Fanfiction?
There is no definite length. Digestible or enjoyable characteristics that improve the reading experience should be the general themes when designing your content.
Are graphics required for content?
Please only include relevant graphics if it visually aids your content. Ensure graphics belong to you or that you received permission to use unoriginal graphics.

🌐 V. Project Managers
How is Project Manager defined?
A database, resource, or tool directed by a person of the community project.
How do Project Managers complete the monthly form?
Only ONE person needs to complete the monthly form, which is the Project Manager. The form will generally ask for: link to the Project, languages the Project supports, summarized Change Log, and spreadsheet of team's identifiable information. A template will be provided within the form as a visual aid.
Are there restrictions for contributors?
There is a maximum of 10 team members, including the Project Manager, for each project. Ensure that all team members abide to HoYoverse's policies; enforcement will be *****istrated if negligence or abuse is found.
New contributors will only be accepted every other monthly form opening, following the Version cycle. Announcements and form details will clarify when new contributors are accepted, and new contributors will be compensated for their consecutive dedication.
Is management or contribution of multiple independent projects considered?
Benefits will not stack. Primogems will only scale to the primary active project.
2022 Genshin Impact Content Creator Update

The Genshin Impact Content Creator Discord update its members list at a monthly rate. The Genshin Impact Official Discord syncs with this same members list if a user is a member of both Discords at the time of the monthly sync.
If a user has been removed from the Genshin Impact Content Creator Discord as well as have the Content Creator Role retired, then it's likely for the following reason(s):
A) Monthly application was NOT submitted.
Retirement is assumed if monthly forms are not submitted. This information is based on the FAQ under I. GENERAL. Retirement will remove the person from the Content Creator Discord and will be a normal monthly effect.
B) Monthly application was submitted with the INCORRECT Discord ID.
Unrecognizable Discord IDs will remove the user from the Content Creator Discord and will be a normal monthly effect.
C) Lack of Qualifications.
As the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program continues to mature, so may the qualifications. Unqualifications will remove the user from the Content Creator Discord.
D) Monthly application was submitted with an unrecognized UID.
Changing a previously accepted UID without verification from the Genshin Impact Content Creator staff will result void of application. Please communicate any necessary changes as there are limitations to such changes.
IMPORTANT: Users will have to re-apply as new to regain entry. However, application does not promise guarantee if qualifications are not met.
