Introduction

In this guide we will take a look at the new craftable G4 Ice stigmata set, Leisurely Sipping Set – Willows.

Willows is an Ice DPS Stigmata set that capitalizes the use of Charged ATKs, weapon actives, high SP cost ultimates and combo ATKs. We will discuss how you can maximize Willows potential, what battlesuits can benefit from her effects and how does it compare to other stigmata sets.

Willows can be crafted from the Foundry for 140 pcs of Blue G4 Crysatalyte and a corresponding Ana Schariac

piece. You can get the G4 Crystalyte material from floor 7 of Glacial Fences mirage which will be available on v6.1 update of the game. It costs 200 Spatial Convectron and 1100 ether fuel to craft a single piece of Willows.

Stigmata Effects

We will discuss the effects of each individual pieces as well as set bonuses.

Willows (T)

- Increases Ice DMG by 60%

- Decreases Total DMG received by host by 20%

As a standalone stigmata, this provides a significant boost to its host. It doesn’t have a restriction nor requirement and the effect is active all the time. A very valuable piece and worth prioritizing first when crafting the whole set.

Willows (M)

- Increases Total DMG by 20%

- Increases Host Total DMG by 35% for 10s when weapon skill (cross excluded) hits enemies. Triggering it again

resets the duration.

This piece requires you to perform weapon skills at least once every 10 seconds to maximize its effects. This is

very strong on Herrscher of Human, as well as Herrscher of Reason running weapon skill build in Elysian Realm.

Willows (B)

- Attack Speed increases by 20%

- When character is on the field, all enemies take 10% more Ice DMG, hitting enemies with Charged ATKs further increases this effect by 15% for 5s. Triggering it again resets the duration. Effect ends when character leaves the field.

This piece is really strong when wielded by the right battlesuits. As you might have noticed from the 2nd part of the second effect, the effect is increased “by” 15%, this is a separate multiplier added when you perform Charged attacks. Herrscher of Human, Herrscher of Reason and even Starchasm Nyx can benefit from this effect.

2-Piece Set Bonus

- Gain 6 stacks of looming shadow when character enters the field or enters burst mode.

- Hitting an enemy with Weapon skill, Charged ATKs and Combo ATKs consume 1 stack to recover 1 SP and deal 20% more Ice DMG for 3s. (CD. 1s)

Battlesuits that can utilize this effect efficiently are the ones with burst mode ultimates, being able to provide decent Ice DMG buffs while also receiving SP makes this set bonus worth it for those who struggle with SP on very fast rotations.

3 piece set bonus

- All enemies take 5% more Ice DMG from the host.

- Spending over 100 SP at once increases this effect to 15% for 15s. Triggering it again resets the duration.

Having high SP requirement for this effect makes certain battlesuits like Starchasm Nyx unable to maximize the effect that it provides. However, both Herrscher of Human or Herrscher of Reason can utilize this effect. It’s a pretty decent effect on its own but combined with the 2 piece and the individual pieces, Willows makes a very powerful DPS stigmata set.

Who Can Use This Set

As mentioned quite a few times earlier, there are quite a few candidates that can utilize this set to its maximum potential.

*Note: If an ice DPS Valkyrie is not listed here, it doesn’t mean that she cannot use Willows set at all. In most cases, since Willows is a direct upgrade from Ana Schariac, you can almost always use Willows as a replacement of any Ana Schariac stigmata holder in your personal roster. With that in mind, the Valkyries that I will mention below are the ones that can utilize the requirements needed to trigger majority of Willows effects.

Herrscher of Reason

Willows is actually the new best in slot stigmata for Herrscher of Reason as she has no issues triggering the effects on the Stigmatas. She can perform weapon skills, Charged ATKs, her Ultimate costs more than 100 SP and counts as a burst. She fulfills are the needed requirements to trigger every single effect of this stigmata. What’s better is it doesn’t have the restriction that Ana Shariac set has where you need to be within 5 meters of the enemy to maximize its effects.

Herrscher of Human: Ego

Willows is a very compatible candidate for a DPS stigmata set if you don’t own Elysia: Pristine set for Herrscher of Human. Like Herrscher of Reason, Herrscher of Human also have no issues triggering all of Willows effects. In fact, she even has higher uptime on Willows (M) and (B) than Herrscher of Reason, because her weapon skill has

faster cooldown and more charges, she also doesn’t have any restrictions in performing Charged ATKs and can continuously spam it. The only reason Willows is not her best in slot Stigmata is because Elysia: Pristine still has higher DPS output.

Starchasm Nyx

Starchasm Nyx can use Willows properly, she can utilize the middle piece well with 100% uptime if you use her

signature weapon as her signature weapon have low weapon skill CD. She can also trigger the bottom piece with almost 100% uptime. The only effect she can’t trigger is the 3-piece set effect as her ultimate costs below 100 SP. Overall still a great Stigmata set for her to use.

DPS Test vs Other Stigmatas

Herrscher of Human Stigmata test

Elysia: Pristine still has higher DPS output than Willows but Willows makes a great F2P option if you don’t have Pristine set for HoH.

Herrscher of Reason Stigmata test

Willows tops the chart for Herrscher of Reason beating both Ana and Welt by a significant amount. Definitely a worthy upgrade if you are currently using Ana Schariac set on your HoR.

Starchasm Nyx Stigmata test

Verne set still remains her best in slot stigmata set. However, Willows makes a good optional set that she can use

if you don’t have Verne set available for her.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Willows deserves the title of being one of the best universal Ice DPS stigmata set available in version

6.1 of the game. It has a wide usage coverage and can be wielded by most current meta Ice DPS damage dealers in the game.

If you have an invested Herrscher of Reason, or other Ice DPS that’s missing their signature stigmata sets, it is

highly recommended to go and aim to craft this set for them to use as it will let them perform better. You can also pull this stigmata set on the upcoming Star of Eden: Anti-Entropy weapon banner that will be available on 6.1, in case you don’t have the materials or time to farm it or you just have crystals available to spend.
