Analysis

╘ Wield a Wave Splitting Edge towards targets, dealing (800.0%) ATK of Ice DMG and forming a line of Torrent that lasts for 25s. Triggering it again resets the duration. 

╘ While Torrent is on the field, it produces a wave each time a target takes Ice DMG, dealing (100.0%) ATK of Ice DMG, up to 5 waves. CD: 2s.

╘ Unique Effect: When Jade Knight casts this skill in Sword Array, she immediately connects it with a Back Wind Slash. this is a very good unique effect because she can immediately connect to Back Wind Slash and restore many SP. you don't have to do bolt slash before using Back Wind Slash with this weapon and save your rotation time.

Analysis

╘ After using weapon skill, the team deals 20.0% more Ice DMG for 22s (cannot stack). Triggering it again resets the duration. basically, you have a 20% Ice DMG bonus all the time because the buff duration is 22s and the cooldown of the weapon skill is 18s.

╘ Unique Effect, Jade Knight equip bonus: Recover 12.0 SP each time Torrent produces a wave. CD: 2s. this is a very good unique effect for Jade Knight's SP battery. At weapon skill, you can produce 5 wave lines of torrent and it means you can get 60 SP in total after you use a weapon skill

╘ Ice DMG dealt by Combo ATKs increases by (20.0%).

╘ Total DMG dealt by the team increases by (10.0%) (cannot stack). Nice buff for the team with a permanent duration

[Expanation]

all the weapon skill and passive is very good which makes Jade Knight has a very good SP battery. But, I think Nebulous Duality can replace it as an SP battery. The most important is the unique effect and the buff that we can't replace with another weapon.
