Introduction

HI3 v6.1 Introduces the new weapon Star of Eden: The World. This is a cannon type weapon which provides ice damage bonuses to the wielder. This weapon is designed for Herrscher of Reason (will be referred to as HoR in the article). In further section I would like to provide more details and insights into this weapon, its use cases, stats and other details.

Divine Key Benefits

Star of Eden: The World can be synced in Divine key Concierge in the Key of Devouring section along with star of eden and eden guns.

It provides +10ATK to all valks

Weapon skills

Freedom Trial

- Charged Cannons

- 1 Stack : Single Cannon shot

- 2 Stacks : Two stronger cannons

- 3 Stacks : Three powerful cannon shots.

- Deal 45% more total damage to type-countered enemies

- When casting weapon outside Bike Mode, character deals 200% more damage to shields for 8s

- If shield is broken by wielder in 10s, freeze enemy shield recovery for 5s

HoR Equip bonuses

- Charged attacks in Bike Mode spend 480 Konstruktyom and deals additional 3 x 400% ATK of ice damage

- When Weapon active hits enemies, inflict Analyzed status on enemies for 10s.

- During ultimate all skill timers and stage timers are paused.

Note : 480 Konkstrukyom = 4 bars for HoR

- SP: 0

- CD: 20s

- Star of Eden active gathers and slows surrounding enemies.

- Tri***** an explosion and deals 200% + 800% ATK of Ice damage

- Adds 10 Rime trauma

- Recovers 15SP

HoR Equip Bonus

- When not in bike mode, entering herrscher mode would fire an additional strong laser that deals 1200% ATK of ice damage counted as charged attack

- When casting this skill, character is invincible and will connect with a charged attack after. (You can hold A when weapon active is about to end to directly start charge attacks)

- In bike mode, hold weapon active ****on to create a hovering gun.

- Hovering gun fires special attack deals 50% ATK of ice damage, immobilizes enemies for 0.5s

- Recovers 110 Konstruktyom.

- Bike mode weapon skill CD: 0.5s

- Character deals 45% more ice damage

- Total damage from charged attacks increases by 25%

HoR Equip bonus

- Hover guns deal 50% more ice damage to Analyzed enemies

Acquisition methods

Shiksal Arsenal Supply : The Arsenal Supply banner of Star of Eden: Anti Entropy will be available after update 6.1 hits. Captains can use their crystals and Focused Supply cards to get the weapon from this banner. Star of Eden: Anti Entropy is the uprate weapon this banner.

After unlocking the weapon, captains can craft the PRI arm version Star of Eden : World by using PRI mats in forge. Materials required for maxing pri weapon are listed in the image below

Note : Captains can only own 1 copy of this weapon since it is a divine key

Weapon Comparison

In this section I'll go over weapons that can be used on HoR and how they compare to Star of Eden: World

The above image shows all the weapons that I will be using to test the damage output of the weapon in dps test stage of Beta.

For sake of equalizing stigmata stats, all the sets that are used in test runs have the same affix values with same support gear. Rotation is as shown in the video below. Values have been averaged over multiple runs and captains should take these values as estimation.

Actual values may differ based on rotation and boss mechanics.

Key Points to notice

1) Weapon active depleting shield

This is a boss at low disturbance in abyss even then just with active captains can check the difference in amount of shield depleted by both weapon, as disturbance increases DoR will fall significantly behind since ultimate damage has to be channeled into breaking shield

2) Time stop mechanic's impact on scores and buff

HoR can do 3spins with Star of Eden before JK's (Sushang) buffs run out. This makes for a lot of damage difference compared to DoR.

Authors Impressions

Based on the data provided above Star of Eden: The World is really goodon HoR. It is recommended captains try to get the weapon which is optimal for HoR. Damage test results do not indicate shield shredding capability and time stop ability well, hence actual difference of KoR and Star of Eden is even more in combat which i tried to demonstrate in the clip above

Time stop ability makes sure that HoR can do 3spins in bike mode (after using ultimate) within Jade Knight (Sushang) buffs run out. This is a significant boost to HoR's damage and the faster SP recovery makes her rotations better compared to Domain of Reason (DoR).

SSS Huodou and HoV Abyss are the main bosses for HoR now after the addition of SoE Pri, both of thee have thick elemental shields and SoE Pri is even more effective on these.

tl;dr This weapon is a significant boost to DoR and recommended for captains of all levels.
