Willows is an Ice DPS DMG skills stigma that focuses on boosting Host Ice DMG by using weapon skills, combo ATK, charge ATK, and spending SP.

Willows (T)

Stigmata Status Level 50:

HP: 362 ATK: 116 DEF: 66

Skill: Elegant Calligraphy

Analysis

╘ Increases Ice DMG by (60.0%). Very simple buff but has a huge number.

╘ Decreases Total DMG received by host by (20.0%). some additional buff for survivability.

Stigmata Status Level 50:

HP: 483 CRIT: 9 DEF: 188

Skill: Silent Meditation

Analysis

╘ Increases Total DMG by (20.0%). Nice buff for permanent duration 

╘ Increases host's Ice DMG by (35.0%) for 10s when weapon skill ( cross excluded) hits enemies. Triggering it again resets the duration. We can get a 35% Ice DMG boost for 10s after using the weapon skill, but the cross is excluded. Herrscher of Reason, Herrscher of Human: Ego is very suited to this effect because they can use weapon skills frequently also don't for get to use skill weapon before you burst enemy.

Analysis

╘ Attack Speed increases by (20.0%). nice buff too, not bad

╘ When character is on the field, all enemies take(10.0%) more Ice DMG (cannot stack). not a big number but we can get it permanently when entering the field.

╘ Hitting enemies with Charged ATKs increases this effect further by (15.0%) for 5s. Triggering it again resets the duration. The effect is lost when character exits the field. don't forget to use charge ATK before you burst the enemy to activate this effect.

2 Pieces Skill: Dewy Reflection

Analysis

╘ Gain 6 stacks of Looming Shadow when character enters the field or enters burst mode. Spend 1 stack of Looming Shadow each time Weapon Active, Charged ATK, or Combo ATK hits an enemy to recover 1.0 SP and deal 20.0% more Ice DMG for 3.0s when effect is triggered. CD: 1s. Triggering it again resets the duration.

╘ this is the main buff source for the stigmata set. you can get 120% more ice DMG with this skill. besides that HUGE buff, we also get some SP battery with this skill

3 Pieces Skill: Singing Under the Skies

╘ All enemies take 5.0% more Ice DMG from the host (cannot stack). not a big number but we can get it permanently

╘ Spending over 100 SP at once increases this effect to 15.0% for 15s. Triggering it again resets the duration.

nice buff, character who has 100++ SP cost for her ultimate will be suited for this skill like Herrscher of Reason, and Herrscher of Human: Ego.

Other stigmata only can do 80% DMG if it's compared to Willows Set.

This Stigmata Set is recommended for Herrscher of Reason because it's very suited to Herrscher of Reason gameplay with the new Divine Key. The buff is very huge even can make a 20% gap DMG between another stigmata set.
