Unleash a Wave Splitting Edge towards a target enemy that deals 800% ATK of Ice Damage and forms a 25 second torrent.

The torrent will produce a wave dealing 100% ATK of Ice Damage when affected enemies receive Ice Damage, this can occur 5 times and has a cool-down of 2 seconds per proc. 

When equipped by Jade Knight

Instantly connect into her BLACK WIND SLASH combo as indicated by the pulsating basic attack ****on

Passive 1 Sinking Moon

Casting the active skill boosts the team’s Ice Damage by 20% for 20 seconds, this cannot stack. Subsequent activations refresh the 20 second duration. 

Jade Knight Passive

Each time the active skill torrent deals damage, recover 12 SP; same cool-down as the torrents themselves. 

Effectively giving JK 60 SP over the course of 10 seconds. 

Passive 2 Quiet Shade

Combo Ice Damage +20%

Passive Team Wide Total Damage +10% - Cannot stack

2. Upgrading Cost

In order to get this Pri-Arm, we must first obtain the main body weapon: Nocturnal Stealth

Next is choosing another GACHA GAUNTLETAT LEVEL 50 to sacrifice as per the Pri-Arm tradition

Eligible Gauntlets

Any of the following Gauntlets are applicable so long as they meet the level requirement

Fenghuang Down must be untuned for it to be applicable*

Finally, the resource cost

Every Pri-Arm costs the same amount of resources to craft, but during the debut patch of a weapon, we will receive a small but much appreciated rebate of 30 HSC METAL!

Try to get either weapon during 6.1 if you can to enjoy the rebat!

3. Upgrade from Nocturnal Stealth

As we can see, upgrading to the Pri-Arm only offers some personal and team damage buffs. The SP regeneration is still the same; the SP regen is consistent from level 50-65, making it less of priority compared to a damage dealer's Pri-Arm. Still an upgrade is an upgrade, and captains with superfluous resources should upgrade it as far as possible for maximum efficiency.

4. Users

Li Sushang - Jade Knight

Since NS:B is her signature weapon, Sushang capitalises on this weapons effect for both her personal damage and team utility. Being able to regenerate SP off the field and chain into her best SP replenishing combo makes this weapon a bare minimum for Sushang to beat Haxxor Bunny

Other users?

Due to the exclusivity of the effects, this weapon is straight up unusable on anyone else, especially with Sushang as the only Ice Gauntlet user at the moment. Since Sushang herself is free, getting this weapon is never a waste, maybe less efficient if you don't get it from the free 10 roll, but otherwise, a useful weapon with future potential.

6. Acquisition

We’re guaranteed one of Sushang's equipment within 50 rolls and whichever piece you receive from the focused expansion won’t drop on your next guarantee (50 rolls).

As per the normal focused supply, other 4* equipment can also drop.

- Receiving a new featured equipment before 50 will still reset the counter and ensure that you don’t get a duplicate on the next guaranteed item.

THANKS TO 6.1 HOWEVER:

Sushang's banner during 6.1 will grant one free 10 roll for every captain, reducing the amount of rolls by 2800 crystals! Getting a headstart sure is nice

7. Final Thoughts

As with getting Shenzhou Reminiscence, chasing this weapon is advised if you wish to maximise your Ice team's efficiency since it singlehandedly feeds Sushang's ravenous SP cost. I'd go as far to say that Sushang without this weapon and with her full set is still inferior to Haxxor Bunny.

If you're on a tight budget and/or need to gacha for other equipments and/or Valkyries, settling with the weapon is fine as it allows Sushang to access most important aspect of her kit.

In terms of Pri-Arm upgrade priority, keeping it at level 50 for the SP regeneration and miniscule team utility is also fine, something is better than nothing :p
