1. introduction
Star of Eden: World and Willows is the next Best in Slot gear for Herrscher of Reason, being able to stop time when casting Ultimate is a very big buff for her. While Willows Stigmata is there to crank up Herrscher of Reasons damage to another level rivaling the latests Ice Valkyries.
2. Star of Eden: World Explanation
SP Cost: 0 CD: 20s
Active : Upon using the weapon skill. The host will gather and slow enemies before dealing 200%x800% ATK of Ice DMG, adds 10 Freeze Trauma, and recovering 15 SP.
Passive : The host deal 45% more TDM to Type-countered enemies. Deals 45% more Ice DMG and 25% more TDM from Charged ATKs. During Bike Mode Hover Gun will deal 50% more Ice DMG to Analyzed enemies
When equipped by Herrscher of Reason there will be 2 modes of the weapon skill.
1. During Non-Bike Mode
Herrscher of Reason will deal an extra 1200% ATK of Ice DMG (This is counted as Charged ATK). and 200% more DMG to Shields for 8s. and if the shield is broken, it will freeze the shield recovery of the enemy.
2. During Bike Mode
Holding the weapon skill during Bike Mode will summon Hover Gun and deals 50% ATK of Ice DMG and Restores her Konstruktyom Bar very quickly. Charged ATKs during Bike Mode will consume 480 Konstruktyom (Basically all four of the bar) to deal additional 3x400% ATK of Ice DMG.
Overall
This is a must get weapon, as it deals way more damage than her old weapons, restores her bar during Bike Mode faster. And it also gives +10 ATK to everyone because it is a Divine key. and don't forget it also stops time.
3. Willows Stigmata Explanation
Willows (T)
HP: 362 ATK: 116 DEF: 66
- Increase Ice DMG by 60%
- Reduce Total DMG taken by 20%
Very simple nothing too out of the ordinary.
Willows (M)
HP: 483 ATK: 8 DEF: 188 CRT: 9
- TDM increases by 20%
- When using weapon skill, Increase the Host Ice DMG by 35% for 10s (Cross Excluded). Refreshable
You cannot use Cross weapon to activate the second effect.
Willows (B)
HP: 396 ATK: 62 DEF: 79 CRT: 11
- Increase Host ATK Speed by 20%
- When the Host in on the field, enemy takes 10% more Ice DMG. Hitting them with Charged ATKs further increases the buff by 15%. Buff will dissapear when the Host leaves the field.
2 Piece Set Effects
- Gain 6 Stacks of Looming Shadow when the Host enters the field or Enters Burst mode.
- Spends 1 stack of Looming Shadow everytime Weapon skill, Charged ATKs, or Combo ATKs hits the enemy.
- Every 1 stack spent the Host recovers 1 SP and Deals 20% More Ice DMG for 3s CD: 1s. Refreshable.
3 Piece Set Effects
- Enemies takes 5% More Ice DMG from the Host
- Spending over 100 SP at once Increases the effect to 15% More Ice DMG.
4. Can Willows be used on other Ice Valks?
The answer is Yes. Yes you can use Willows on other Ice Valks, because Willows requirement to activate the buff effects is very universal. All the current Ice Valks until now have the criteria to activate it. Willows will be a Very Good Alternative for them if you dont have their Signature gears. Such as Herrscher of Human, if you dont have Pristine set, Willows is a very good alternative.

Star of Eden: World is a must get weapon for HOR, it changes her Gameplay to be better and during her ultimate animation it stop the time, meaning you will not lose points and buff durations because of ult animation, meaning more damage and more score, wow very nice weapon indeed. As for Willows i recommend you to sacrifice your Ana set to make Willows instead of keeping Ana, because Willows will give her significantly more damage compared to Ana set.
