☾ INTRODUCTION ☽
In this guide we will compare the best Ice DPS, Herrscher of Human: EGO to the newly buffed Herrscher of Reason, the new Ice support Jade Knight to Haxxor Bunny and the recently added Ice ELF Elysia to Water's Edge.
We will talk about the positives and negatives about each of them, their usefulness in Abyss and Memorial Arena and the costs to obtain and gear them.

Herrscher of Reason
✔️Exlusive Abyss Boss Designed for her: Herrscher of the Void, Weather Ice.
✔️Can compete in nirvana against bosses like: Benares, Hellmaru, RPC, Quantum Whale and probably others.
✔️Exlusive SSS MA Boss Designed for her: Huodou.
✔️HoR SS1 can compete against HoH S0.
✔️Top 1 free to play friendly valk in the game.
✔️Farmable gear, and you can upgrade them step by step. Only necessary the weapon Star of Eden: World, which is a Divine Key, so will grant the sync to get 10 ATK for each valks.
❌Probably she will not receive any other power up after that.
❌Will take a while to complete the set G4 without spending any crystals.
❌Will take a while to rank up her, and put her on the competitive field.
Herrscher of Human
✔️Best DPS for now.
✔️Top Rank on many bosses: Benares, Hellmaru, RPC, Hephaestus, Kasumi.
✔️Exlusive SSS MA Boss Designed for her: Hephaestus.
✔️The fastest clear in Elysian Realm.
❌Too Expensive
❌She needs too much SP, is recommended rank up at least to S2.
Which one should I invest in?
Both are fine, go for whichever you prefer, in red lotus both complete everything, and in nirvana, both do well, obviously, HoH is superior at high rank, but it will cost a lot more.
If you are just starting out, I would recommend avoiding HoH and thinking of something else, you can rotate and run your entire ice team with HoR, it is easily buildable and farmable, easy to use and you will have no problems. Better to spend the crystals on other elements.
HoR Cost:
S0 -> You can obtain with the Level Rush (starter event) event by buying the level bundle, Level Bundle is sold for 880 B-Chips;
With a bit of luck on the Dorm Supply;
You can directly farm her, with the price of 500 Ancient Legacy, or with 20 fragments per week (which cost 5 Ancient Legacy each other).
Rank up -> You can farm the stamps/fragments in various ways:
◆ War treasury (20 fragments per week).
◆ Golden Witch orb (20 stamps, one time).
◆ Elysian Shop (12 stamps, one time).
◆ Supply Shop (7 stamps, Random appeared).
◆ Events.
Gear -> Her signature gear now is the stigma ice set G4, which you can upgrade the stigma step by step until reaching the final G4.
As weapon she uses a Divine Key, so that will benefit also other valks STATS.
You only need to do 50 pulls to get the Star of Eden (worst Lucky case).
HoH Cost:
S0 -> Gacha only, worst case 100 pulls (28000 crystals) to unlock her.
Rank up -> Gacha only, fragments can be gathered by pulling and collecting Essentine (210 equals 1 fragment, gain 50 per pull).
This means every 105 pulls 25 fragments can be obtained through Essentine, which equals one rank up in between S and SS
This means in the worst case to get S2, 200 pulls will be needed (100 for unlocking, after 5 more to get S1, 95 more for the second copy to get S2).
Gear -> Gacha only, worst case 200 pulls (50 pulls per piece).

Haxxor Bunny
✔️ Immediately accessible via the first top-up.
✔️ Easy to farm with gold pin or asterite.
✔️ Easy to use, just need to do one charge and stay off field.
✔️ Can work with all ice DPS
✔️ Haxxor Bunny SSS can compete against Sushang S0.
✔️ Her signature set (Turgenev T and B) is useful in many situations and with other teams.
✔️ A good way to use an ice team on the quantum field thanks to the weapon Eye of the Collapse.
❌Will take a while to rank her up (50+ fragments per week), and put her on the competitive field.
❌Need to be SS to use all her valid abilities.
❌Need her signature weapon or the Falcon Flare.
Jade Knight
✔️Top Ice support.
✔️Give Ice Breach.
✔️Give shield break buff for the team (SS).
✔️Easy to use.
✔️Best company for Herrscher of Human.
✔️Can work well as DPS on Red lotus.
❌Hard to get at the beginning without spending crystals.
Cost: On War Treasury -> Ancient Legacy x 420 and Ancient Willpower x 420.
❌Is recommended to upgrade to rank SS to use all her potential.
❌Gear dependent.
❌Upgrade will take longer (4 standard and 2 after her rank up to SS).
Which one should I invest in?
For the beginning, it is best to invest in Haxxor Bunny since she is easier accessible than Jade Knight. Getting Ancient Legacy isn't easy at the beginning, while getting Asterite, Gold Pins and doing OW Tasks is.
In terms of gear Haxxor Bunny has an advantage as well. Her signature set Turgenev is usable on any type of elemental team, which makes it a low cost, high reward set to get.
Jade Knight's set on the other hand is almost only usable by her, or at least has significant drawbacks when used on other Valks.
HB Cost:
S0 + Rank up -> You can obtain her with the first Top-up Bonus Event;
You can farm the fragments (need 40 to unlock) in various ways:
◆ Battle Arsenal (20 fragments, per week);
◆ Asterite Shop (30 fragments, per week);
◆ Open world Task (random);
◆ Events.
Rank up -> same way as written above
Gear -> Her signature stigmata set is Turgenev, which was recently added on the BP, so the supply isn't the only way to get it.
It is also good on other elemental support Valks.
As a weapon, she can use Crusher Bunny or Falcon Flare: Final which are available through the various supply banner.
Gacha, worst case 200 pulls (50 pulls per piece), but there are other way to get it, thanks the various events.
JK Cost:
S0 -> War Treasury -> Ancient Legacy x 420 and Ancient Willpower x 420 (for 3 versions), after that the price goes up to 640 Ancient Legacy + Ancient Willpower.
Gacha, worst case 100 pulls (28000 crystals) to unlock her.
Rank up -> You can farm the stamps/fragments in various ways:
◆ War Treasury, Ancient Willpower and Ancient Legacy x 8 with the limit of 6 fragments purchases per week (4 standard and 2 after her rank up to SS).
◆ Stamps from the spending bonuses event (patch 6.1) and certain bundle purchases.
◆ Stamp in BP Shops (During patch 6.2).
Gear -> Gacha only, worst case 200 pulls (50 pulls per piece).

Elf Elysia
✔️ 2★ can extend freeze duration caused by all characters to enemy by 10%.
✔️ 2★ has switched CD reduction.
✔️ Long lasting Buffs.
✔️ More Damage output.
❌ gather a small area, short duration
❌ 3★ is really recommended
❌ 2★ has 45s CD. Too much.
Water's Edge
✔️ strongest gather.
✔️ 2★ 30s Ultimate CD.
❌4★ is less strong than 3★ Elf Elysia.
❌Less dmg output than Elf Elysia.
Which one should I invest in?
Both ELF's cost the same amount, 15000 crystals (worst case) to unlock and another 15000 crystals (worst case) to rank up to 3★.
If you already have Water's Edge 3★ and don't have the resources to upgrade to ELF Elysia 3★, then it is not too huge of a loss to stay with Water's Edge.
It would be better to save up for the next upcoming ELF or Valkyries instead.
However, if you don't own any Ice ELF yet it is wise to skip Water's Edge and immediately pull for ELF Elysia.
If you own Water's Edge 2★, don't invest in ranking her up by spending crystals in the gacha but rather look for ways to increase her rank by other means, like spending events or hopefully the supply shop at some point.
I recommend looking at the guide written by Wyverein 
(it is from the previous beta, but who cares).
☾ CONCLUSION ☽
Beginner
Herrscher of Reason would be the cheapest Ice DPS you could get, with high performance.
She is also available early on, if you are willing to spend some B-Cips to unlock her immediately or get lucky in the Dorm Supply.
However, unlocking her without these can take a while because of the limited Ancient Legacy for beginners.
Saving them up from events is recommended.
Getting her weapon is necessary.
High performance and low cost Valkyrie.
Haxxor Bunny is the recommended Ice support to unlock and gear up alongside Reverist Calico.
Easy to get early on with a very versatile stigmata set.
Getting her weapon is necessary as well.
Upgrading to Sushang, later on, can be done after completing the other teams (Lightning, Fire, Physical).
ELF's are the last piece to complete a team but they aren't by any means necessary, just a cherry on top of the cake.
Avoid them if you still need to complete any type of team.
DPS > Support > ELF
If you do want to pull an ELF for the ice team, Elysia is the one to go for.
Mid/high level captain
In Red Lotus both Herrscher of Reason and Herrscher of Human perform very well in any Ice weather.
But keep in mind that Herrscher of Human cannot cover the 2 newest Bosses, because they are designed for Herrscher of Reason.
But these bosses are her only drawback.
If you already own Herscher of Human full gear it is not necessary to get Herrscher of Reason and vice versa.
If you already own Haxxor Bunny full gear you can upgrade to Jade Knight.
While farming Jade Knight's fragments and gear, Haxxor Bunny can still be used to achieve high scores.
If you don't have the resources to upgrade, then Haxxor Bunny can still be used even longer.
As for ELF's it all depends on your resources.
Water's Edge 3★ can still perform well so it is not necessary to upgrade to Elysia.
However if you do not own any ELF yet, get Elysia and skip Water's Edge.
Nirvana players
Both Valkyries are needed to always maintain a high score.
Herrscher of Human S0 (preferable S2)
Herrscher of Reason SS (preferable SS1+)
And of course full gear
Get Jade Knight at least SS and full gear
Get ELF Elysia at least 3★
