My name is Shinofey, and today we will be talking about the new battlesuit [ Herrscher of Truth ] that going to come to the live server very very soon. And after reading this guide i hope you will have a better understanding about the new Tronya.
Without furtherado let's get started. 
Herrscher of Truth skills sets and explanations in-game is very long and can be confusing. On this Guide i will just keep it short and only share the Relevant informations about her.

1. Introduction
New Battlesuit - Herrscher of Truth
Herrscher of Truth is a new Battlesuit for Bronya that will be coming in Version 6.3. Herrscher of Truth is a S rank Valk IMG Type Ice DPS, Fire and Lightning Support. She can apply all her buffs very quickly and has Timestop on her Ultimate making her a perfect role for support.
2. Skills Explanation
Herrscher of Truth has 2 forms. The basic form is Extremum form, and her Transformation is Continuation form. Both of them is considered Herrscher Form
Extremum Form
A. Basic Attack
Extremum form has 4 Sequence of Basic ATK
SEQ 1 : Deals 100% ATK of Ice DMG
SEQ 2 : Deals 3 x 120% ATK of Ice DMG
SEQ 3 : Deals 180% ATK of Ice DMG. Project Bunny attacks in Unison dealing 50% ATK of Ice DMG
SEQ 4 : Deals 350% ATK of Ice DMG. Project Bunny attacks in Unison dealing 3 x 50% ATK of Ice DMG
If the 4th sequence attack hits the enemy, it will unlock a Mecha Weapon.
B. Combo Attack
There are 3 main ways to use her Combo ATK.
1 Holding ATK after 4th Basic ATK Sequence.
2 Holding ATK after QTE
3 Holding ATK After Ultimate Evasion.
If you have her Signature weapon you can also connect into her Combo ATK after using Weapon skill.
C. QTE Skill
Herrscher of Truth QTE Skill is triggered by Time-Slow, Frozen, or Teammates casts Weapon skill.
QTE Skill deals 5 x 200% ATK of Ice DMG and Unlocks a Mecha Weapon.
Continuation Form
Tapping ULT during Extremum form to enter Continuation Form for the first time. Herrscher of Truth will cast Salvo.
Afterwards entering Continuation form will cast Return Brake.
Salvo
Casting Salvo deals 800% ATK of Ice DMG, Restores 20 SP on hit, and 2 seconds of Time Fracture.
(This counts as Combo ATK from Continuation Form)
Return Brake
Casting Return Brake deals 350% ATK of Ice DMG.
A. Basic Attack
Basic ATK in Continuation Form has 3 Sequence
SEQ 1 : 2 x 20% ATK of Ice DMG
SEQ 2 : 50% ATK of Ice DMG
SEQ 3 : 3 x 50% ATK of Ice DMG
Basic ATK in Continuation Form will restore 5 Mech Propulsion and 1.6 SP on Hit.
B. Combo Attack
When you have 100 Mech Propulsion, you will be able to cast Combo ATK
Combo ATK deals 400% ATK of Ice DMG, and ends with an explosion that deals 600% ATK of Ice DMG.
Casting Combo ATK in Continuation Form will grant her Echo of the World. Switching out of Herrscher of Truth will consume Echo of the World to make all team member Fire and Lightning DMG by 25% and make Enemies take 25% more Fire and Lightning DMG. in Continuation Form, if Combo ATK hits an IMG Type Nihilius Seeds that is below 20% HP, it will be insta killed.
Mech Propulsion
C. Ultimate Evasion
When you have the Missiles Mecha Weapon unlocked. After using Evasion Skill in Continuation Form, Herrscher of Truth will Fire 28 Missiles and restores 20 Mech Propulsion

D. Ultimate
SP: 125 SP CD: 30s
Deals 10 x 100% ATK of Ice DMG. During this animation all timers are paused.
After casting Ultimate all Fire and Lightning DMG dealers gain 14% Elemental Breach.
E. Passives
The more Mecha Weapon unlocked the better.
1 Unlocking a Mecha weapon restores 4 SP
2 Continuation Form deals 7.5%/15%/32.5% more TDM
3 Exiting Continuation Form restores 4/10/18 SP.
When Project Bunny is on the field Herrscher of Truth will restore 0.5 SP/s and the Valkryies on the field will enjoy
Name of the Truth Which increases their Elemental DMG by 10% and Basic ATK (including Combo and Charged) DMG by 18%

F. Rank up Skills
I will only point out the important ranks for Herrscher of Truth
S2 : Casting weapon active increases 30% Ice DMG. in Extremum Form restores additional 8 SP,
Echo of the World Buffs increases from 25% to 30%
SS : In Continuation Form, Herrscher of Truth Elemental Breach increases from 15% to 18%.
After casting Ultimate, all Fire and Lightning DMG Dealers on the team gains more Elemental Breach from 14% to 17%.
SSS : When Salvo hits, Herrscher of Truth recovers an Extra 40 SP.
3. How to play Herrscher of Truth
Looking at Herrscher of Truth's skill explanation might be confusing, but playing her is actually very simple and easy.
Herrscher of Truth Rotation sequence:
Weapon Skill > Combo ATK > Press ULT > Combo ATK in Continuation Form > Press ULT again.
This way you can apply all Herrscher of Truth support Buffs
4. Herrscher of Truth Abyss Gameplay
As said on the introduction she is a IMG Type Ice DPS, but most of her skills is leaning towards to being a Fire and Lightning support. She is only DPS for the new IMG type Boss (Husk - Mysticism), other than that she is only a Fire and Lightning Support.

5. Can i skip Herrscher of Truth and still use AE?
Yes, you can skip Herrscher of Truth and still use AE, But i would not recommend skipping HOTR. HOTR has faster rotation, faster way to apply buffs and the best part Time stop. and below is the damage number of HOTR vs AE Team.
Team Comp : HOF S1, Ai-Chan SSS, HOTR S0
Team Comp : HOF S1, Ai-Chan SSS, AE SSS.
Not even AE SSS can Out-support Herrscher of Truth on S0.

Herrscher of Truth is a niche Ice DPS, she is more to Fire and Lightning Support. and No, she cannot support Ice team. Do try to get her if you can, even if it is just the Valkyrie, she still is very good. She outclass** AE in every single way.
