Elysian Realm Guide - Herrscher of Finality

This guide will look at Herrscher of Finality, who I'll call Finality, and how she plays in the Elysian Realm. I'll recommend some signets that work with her, playstyle, sigils and support valkyries. This guide focuses on the Elysian Realm, and so may not apply to other game modes.
Gear:
Like Origin, Finality is quite dependent on her signature weapons, Key of Anonymity and Domain of Genesis. Their weapon skills help her to charge Descent much faster. However, you can still use other weapons on her, switching the weapon skills for normal attacks instead, and using a slightly different build. Other weapons include Flamescion's Key of Radiance or Domain of Incandescence, or any other high attack pistol.
Her signature stigmata, Kiana Kaslana, is the best set in terms of damage, but other fire stigmata sets can also work, like Thales, Leeuwenhoek or Carlo Collodi. Since her stigmata don't give anything super special like CD reduction, it's not as bad to go without them.

Basic Summary
Herrscher of Finality is an IMG type, fire damage valkyrie. This build focuses mainly on combo attacks, and uses Ults on the side. If you have her signature weapon, then weapon skills will be used a lot as well. The two playstyles (with weapon and without) are different enough that I'll have a separate section at the end with a few suggestions for an alternate build.
Moves:
Descent -- The bar at the bottom, above HP. Can stack a max of 8, which allows use of combo attack, switching stance and giving Time Wave.
Time Flint / Moon Blade -- The 2 stances of Finality, switches between them when using combo attacks. Each stance had different basic/combo attacks, and different weapon skills if using the signature weapon. Time Flint stance is the default, and is shown by the Descent bar having round circles. Moon Blade stance is shown by the Descent bar having diamonds.
Time Wave -- This is shown to the left of the Descent bar, and can stack 2 maximum. At 2, can hold down evade to activate Absolute Time Fracture. This then goes on CD for 25s, during which Time Wave cannot be gained (12.5s with [Blessing of Condescension]).
Finale Stance -- This is the mode Finality enters during Absolute Time Fracture, where Descent is set to 5 max, basic attacks cost Descent, and combo attacks cost no Descent.

Special Adjustments
Every character has certain special adjustments in Elysian Realm to make it both easier for newer players to use them and to allow them to fight solo in the realm.
Finality's Special Adjustments are:
- Valkyrie stats and skill level are adjusted to Lv. 80 equivalent
This is the same for all Elysian Realm valkyries, to put them on a level playing field.
- During Basic ATKs, valkyrie takes 30% less Total DMG, has higher ignore interrupt, and deals 40% more DMG in mid-air.
- In Time Flint stance, Combo ATK gathers enemies
- Casting Combo ATK restores 450 HP
Some miscellaneous buffs that help with balancing. The combo attack restoring HP in particular is nice, as it allows Kalpas' or Kosma's cores to be used.
- Grants 2 initial Time Wave
Allows use of Absolute Time Fracture at the start, which can easily chain into some Elysia signet buffs.

Exclusive Signets
Finality's exclusive signets are focused mainly on combo attacks and ultimates, and some on Finale stance and Absolute Time Fracture.
Blessing of Clarity

Blessing of Condescension

Blessing of Final Moon

Blessing of High Flames

Blessing of Rift

Recommended Signets
(These recommendations are just what I personally found fun, feel free to experiment and put your own recommendations in the comments below!)
- Exclusive Signets -
Most important:
Blessing of Condescension
This signet is the most important in the run. Gaining 5 Descent stacks after every combo attack allows a single weapon skill with the signature weapons to max out Descent, thus allowing another combo attack and resetting the weapon skill CD. Without the signature weapons, this is still good as you can use basic attacks instead.
Second choice:
Blessing of High Flames > Blessing of Clarity
Since combo attacks are the main source of damage, [High Flames] is the next best, as it gives buffs and extra damage.
[Clarity] also offers a buff from Absolute Time Fracture, lasting 30-40s, so it should always be active.
Last choice:
Blessing of Final Moon >= Blessing of Rift
[Final Moon] and [Rift] are more Ult focused, but [Final Moon] also gives a flat total DMG buff, and allows the use of QTEs. This then allows Aponia's signets to work. However, I wouldn't say that they're worth getting because of this, especially due to the CD of support valkyries.
If you don't have a signature weapon, [Rift] could be useful as you use more basic attacks, thus stacking more Perpetual Rift for SP regen and damage. The SP regen could then make Eden's 1st core good.
- Flame Chaser Signets -
Vill-V (2nd Core)
The frequent and high damage weapon skills make Vill-V's signet good, and her 2nd core and enhanced signets are amazing. Since the weapon skill CD is reset by combo attacks, the CD reduction signet isn't necessary, but the DMG buff ones are good.
Hua (2nd Core)
Finality spends a lot of time in the air and in Absolute Time Fracture, which means she doesn't get hit very often. Hua's signets are usually considered more general, but because Finality is so focused on weapon/combo attacks, there aren't many other Flame-Chaser options.
Other
Kevin (1st Core)
Kevin's buffs can be chained into Absolute Time Fracture, to apply longer. Though this isn't as good as Origin's, as her Time Fracture is during the Ultimate, it still adds to damage by a good amount.
Kalpas (2nd Core)
Since Finality's combo attacks restore 450 HP, Kalpas' 2nd core can stack Bloodboil. Additionally, Finality doesn't get hit easily, which is good for safely being at low HP.
Kosma (2nd Core)
Kosma's 2nd core works with Kalpas', so they should be taken together ideally. Rend also stacks on combo attacks, which works with Finality's playstyle.
- Playstyle -
(Assuming signature weapon)
Start with an Absolute Time Fracture by holding the evade button. DON'T use a weapon skill, instead just attack to use up Descension and finish with a combo attack. Then use a weapon skill once out of Absolute Time Fracture, which will give enough Descension to use a combo attack. Repeat until the buff from [Blessing of Condescension] runs out, then use the Ult, then Absolute Time Fracture and repeat the cycle.
- Support Valkyries -
Azure Empyrea is a good gather and support, as well as Raven. Alternatively, Blood Rose is good because Finality has decent healing, and BKE or VK can be used against Heimdall.
- Remembrance Sigils -
General: Start with Vill-V's [Pseudo Miracle], switch according to which Flame-Chaser you're after, and end with [Faraway Ship]
Support: Start with Elysia's [Because of You], then switch to Vill-V's [Falling in Past Light]. If you're going for Kalpas' signets, you can also take [An Old Pal's Legacy] in between.

Bonus Alternate Build
This is mainly for if you don't have the signature weapon, it has not been tested thoroughly, but should work on lower difficulties.
Condescension > Rift > High Flames
Kevin 1st core, Eden 1st core, Hua 2nd core
Use Eden's [Dreamful Gold] as a support sigil
Playstyle is similar, but use basic attacks instead of weapon skills, and use the Ult as soon as Time Wave is full.
