Finishing the previous quest「The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia」and「Seirai Stormchasers」
How to unlock:
After meeting the above requirements, talk to Neko at Asase Shrine to start the quest.
Into：
The series involves helping Neko with miscellaneous tasks. There are 9 quests in total, and each require the daily reset to pass before the next can be accepted. Here are the walkthrough guide of the first 5 days.
Procedure：
Day 1. Neko Is a Cat: Offering Box
After accepting the first mission, Neko will ask you to clean up the dirt around Asase Shrine. There are 4 lumps of dirt, specifically 2 on the left sides of the shrine building and 2 on the right. You can use Anemo or Hydro to clean up these.
After cleaning, talk to Neko to give you her thanks and hand you a simple reward.
Day 2. Neko Is a Cat: Wooden Rack
On the second day in the real world, the Neko will have gone through the daily reset, and players can approach her at Asase Shrine to start a dialogue. Neko believes that since the prayer rack is ruined with its planks of wood fell, it is the main reasons why people have not returned to visit the shrine yet. So she would like to ask you to repair the wooden rack.
The Prayer Rack is to east of the shrine. There are no materials needed to repair the rack, and you can interact with the frame as long as you get close to it.
After fixing the prayer rack, report back to Neko. She would ask you to tell the adventurers, Taisuke and Eiko, about the prayer rack and go with them to hang some wooden plaques. You will have a conversation here.
Then report back to Neko, and the quest for the second day will be completed.
Day 3. Neko Is a Cat: The Children
On the third day in the real world, you will still find Neko at Asase Shrine. She would like to ask for help finding the cats and bringing them back. (within limited time)
The first cat Hachihou, will be sitting on the beach right below the cliff.
As the picture shown below, the second cat, Konbumaru, is located at the top of the tree trunk. Players need to climb the big tree first until they can see it.
Once they have picked up both cats, players can bring them back to Neko to complete the day three quest.
Day 4. Neko Is a Cat: Shrine Recipe
This time, Neko is having trouble making a delicious dish to bring the cats in line with each other, but she only remembers the required ingredients, not how to cook them.
Since you do not know how to make it, ask Eiko and Taisuke if they can cook the thing that Neko asked. They have no idea too, but Eiko will suggest that you may find something useful at Kiminami Restaurant.
Teleport to the northern waypoint of Inazuma City and go to Kiminami Restaurant, and talk to Kiminami Anna, who will take it as a challenge. She will then ask you to prepare three servings of Seagrass.
If you do not carry enough Seagrass along, you could pick up three servings of Seagrass in the northwest of the teleportation of Konda Village.
If you have enough, just give it away.
Once completed, the player will receive a new recipe, 「Invigorating Kitty Meal」. Then make sure to cook at least three「Invigorating Kitty Meal」, and each of them needs 4 Fish, 2 Raw Meat, 2 Seagrass, 1 Rice.
When you get back to the shrine to talk to Neko, she will then ask you to bring the meals to the kittens around the shrine. Three locations will be marked on the map as shown below. Just feed the cats respectively.
After feeding the three cats, return and report to Neko to complete today’s quest.
Day 5. Neko Is a Cat: Cat and Stone
On the fifth day in the real world, Neko will share her desire to have a stone shaped in her image—a statue.
Since you do not know how to make a statue, you will have to ask someone for advice. Teleport to the waypoint of Asase Shrine, and talk to Taisuke and Eiko near the waypoint. Although they do not know how to make a statue, Eiko will tell you about how craftsmen in Tatarasuna are looking for work and that you can look for one and have him do what Neko asks for.

After finding the craftsman, we find him a little bit dubious, but he was still willing to go back with us to have a look. Recruit Ooshima Junpei and bring him to Neko to complete the quest for day 5.
