Requirements：
Finishing the previous quest「The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia」and「Seirai Stormchasers」、World Quest「Inazuman · Seirai Island」—— the Neko Is a Cat Series(Ⅰ)
How to unlock:
After meeting the above requirements, talk to Neko at Asase Shrine to start the quest.
Into：
The series involves helping Neko with miscellaneous tasks. There are 9 quests in total, and each require the daily reset to pass before the next can be accepted. Here are the walkthrough guide from Day 6 to Day 9.
Procedure：
Day 6. Neko Is a Cat: Stone Human's Troubles
After completing the previous quests, note that the task this time will be displayed on your quests list. On this sixth day of the world quest series, visiting Neko at Asase Shrine will have her tell you updates on the statues that the “Stone Human”(Ooshima Junpei, who was invited to make a statue for Neko) has halted the work and just stood there thinking something, which is so weird. So Neko ask you to check on Ooshima Junpei to ask him if there is any problem. Go to the back of the shrine and talk to Ooshima Junpei.
It is due to his severe attention that Ooshima Junpei broke his hammer and chisel. He will ask you to gather three Iron Chunks to forge new tools and continue working. Teleport the waypoint in Tatarasuna as the picture shown below, and fly down to the southwest of the map. You will find three Iron Chunks near Mitachurls.
Give the craftsman three Iron Chunks.
After giving the craftsman the material he needs, he will start forging, and while he is at it, go and report the situation to Neko.
Day 7. Neko Is a Cat: Shrine Canteen
On your seventh visit, Neko will ask you to bring the fish she prepared to Mr. Ooshima, which she considers as the salary for the craftsman.
As you hand Ooshima Junpei the fish, he would decline because he had already eaten fish for several days straight and wanted to have some servings of Raw Meat. He will ask you to get him some.
Teleport to the waypoint of Bishui Plain in Liyue, and attack the pig to get the Row Meat.
Give Junpei three servings of Raw Meat.
After giving Junpei what he requested, the quest is finished.
Day 8. Neko Is a Cat: Ding-a-Ling Metal Ball
The eight day of Neko is a Cat quest requires the player to hang bells around the shrine. She hopes that these bells could make the shrine a bit livelier.
There will be three locations where bells need to be hung. As is shown in the picture, The first bell and the second both need to be hung on the cherry tree, and the third bell the Prayer Rack.
Hang a bell on the cherry tree on the right side of the shrine.
Hang a bell on the cherry tree beside the shrine.
Hang a bell on the prayer rack on the left side of the shrine.
After all three bells have been placed on their designated spots, return to Neko. After a conversation, the quest is completed.
Day 9. Neko Is a Cat: A Good Turn Comes Late
On the last day, Neko will take you to meet the statue which has its last piece of rock specially left unchiseled by Ooshima Junpei. Everyone has witnessed the completion of the statue. As Junpei chiseled the last piece of rock, something miraculous happened —— the clouds turned into the shape of a cat.
After the final dialog with Ooshima Junpei, the “Neko is a Cat” world quests series ends, and you will then receive the achievement 'Cat in the Clouds'.
Summary：
The series is not difficult, especially the part of Day 6 - Day 9 included in this passage, which revolve around the statue and do not require too much decryption and fighting.
