Hello all!
6.6 packed us with yet another goodie, a TA named Prometheus, otherwise referred to as Terminal Aide 0017.
After looking at what Hare's equipment offered for our favourite Crystal of a Stigmata,
it's time to focus on her Ai assistant's equipment!
For the remainder of this post, we will refer to Prometheus as TA to keep our text simple~

Pandora's Box 18th
Alternatives
Miracle Kissy Pillow
TA only benefits from the passive skill of this weapon since she's a combo attack user.
Nonetheless, this helps her better break thick shields than the next couple of options.
Domain of Sentience
Cosmic Duality
Cosmic Duality may also work, but it is better off on Herrscher of Sentience.
Prometheus isn't too SP reliant thanks to her passive SP regeneration and
can still enjoy the 10 SP refund from Cosmic Duality when someone else equips it.

Top
Stats - [369 HP] + [116 ATK] + [61 DEF]
- Gain 20% Total Damage.
- Landing a QTE grants Physical Damage for 5 seconds.
Subsequent QTE's refresh the duration.
Middle
Stats - [470 HP] + [10 CRT] + [190 DEF]
- Gain 20% more Physical Damage.
- When the user lands an Ultimate Attack, improve the team's
Shield Breaking Efficiency by 40% for 20 seconds.
This effect cannot stack but is refreshable.
Bottom
Stats - [405 HP] + [61 ATK] + [77 DEF] + [11 CRT]
- Increase the team's Total Damage by 15% unconditionally.
- When the user's ultimate hits an enemy with a broken or unbroken shield, she initiates
Navigator State, during which the team gains 13% Physical Damage for 20 seconds.
As with the middle piece, this effect cannot stack but is refreshable.
Set Effects
Much of MEI best bonuses are locked behind the set effect
Between the Bustle - 2 Set
- Casting an Ultimate increases the team's Total Damage by 15% for 22 seconds.
- TA equip bonus: with the Bottom piece in the configuration,
landing an ultimate unconditionally initiates Navigator State and further grants 10% team-wide Physical Damage.
Nostalgic Thoughts - 3 Set
Buff's the team's Shield-Breaking Efficiency by 40%.
When an Ultimate lands, enemies receive 15% more Physical Damage for 20 seconds.
Note: I am not sure if this only affects enemies affected by the ultimate OR
if it applies to every enemy present in those 20 seconds.
For bosses, this is less of a concern, thankfully.
Every Effect from the 2 and 3 Set bonuses cannot stack if multiple instances of them exist.
Durational Effects are still refreshable

SP + refund banner
As with every other SP Valkyries’ signature set, TA's equipment banner has a 30 roll-guarantee per piece and requires 120 rolls in the worst case scenario. However, getting a piece early on effectively reduces that by anywhere between 1-29 rolls!
But that's not all!
- She also has the properties of a refund banner like Herrscher of Origin, Spina Astera and Raven,
for those who were around during their equipment banners.
- AND the first 10x roll on the banner is free! That's right, completely free and you still get the refund.
- With the reduced pity per piece compared the aforemention Valkyries and a refund banner,
we are looking at a grand total of 60 rolls worth of crystals (16800).
[7. Final Thoughts]
Given that TA is a supportive Valkyrie with a very attractive banner, I would prioritise her equipment over Hare's regardless of your current roster. In the long run, she provides more value since shield break applies to just about every Physical Valkyrie, whereas a DPS is only applicable for specific scenarios.
