Surprisingly, exquisite chests seem to be the last chest(s) that people have mentioned collecting, so hopefully this will help you complete your chest collection. For this guide, I have included maps with the locations of the chests, and a google drive link to the pictures of the chests themselves since there are too many pictures to post in one guide. Every 5 chests are numbered on the map to prevent the maps from being too cluttery.
This guide will be divided into 2 sections.

I will provide brief remarks on not so obvious chests or note chests associated with quests or achievements here.

Suggestions:
1. If you have already spammed the compass, only check the chests related to totems and sigils since those cannot be detected by the compass.
2. If you still have remaining key-sigils, look for key - sigil related chests.
3. If you have already completed all the quests, ignore all chests related to quests.
4. Check your achievements to make sure you have the max count for seelies and time trials.
Chests
Chest 2: Solve the puzzle to enter the building. There you will spot a seelie. Following the seelie will lead you to the chest.
Chest 3: This is part of The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent World Quest
Chest 4: This chest can only be obtained after completeing the Collection of Dragons and Snakes World Quest to unlock the hidden room in the library. The seelie is found in the hidden room.
Chest 5: This is part of The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent World Quest
Chest 13: There is a hidden room to the side of the temple. You will find a ruin guard in the indicated location next to some explosive barrels. Explore the barrels to reveal the entrance to the hidden room. Solve the puzzle to obtain the chest at the end.
Note: You can also activate 5-key sigils by going up to the wall behind the exquisite chest during Whitenight. That reveals the pattern to a luxurious chest.
Chest 17: This one is a bit hidden. You will need to unlock the entrance to the room by finding 2 nearby seelies first. Then you will find the chest next to Clymene.
Chest 19: This one can be a bit hard to find. From the location in chest 19, turn around and jump off the cliff. You will see a room directly beneath the cliff. The key-sigil seals are found in this room.
Chest 21: This is part of The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent World Quest
Chest 27: You will need to light the totems in order of the number of boulders next to them.
Chest 30: Go to a little cavern east of the portal during Whitenight to activate the 5-key sigil pattern. Then go to the Serpent's Heart Temple and run through the doors according to the pattern. This is one of the most commonly missed chests. Note: There are 5 of these patterns in total.
Chest 32: This room to this chest is unlocked after completing Date's labyrinth challenges.
Chest 40: This is part of The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent World Quest
Chest 43: This is found in the underground cavern below the Serpent's Heart Temple
