[Version 2.4] All 111 Enkanomiya & Inazuma 2.4 Common Chests

From The Light of Day: Enkanomiya - Chests & Exploration

Hello Chest Hunters,

Here is the common chest portion of my Enkanomiya & Inazuma 2.4 chest guides. Most of these chests are detectable using the chest compass, but there are a few that are hidden behind puzzles or other mechanisms. Click the link below if you are interested in the guides for the other types of chests for this patch:

Max Counts / All Chests for Enkanomiya & Inazuma 2.4

Guide Notes

111 Total Common Chests

1 Chest from Narukami Island

110 Chests from Enkanomiya

For this guide, I have included maps with the locations of the chests, and a google drive link to the pictures of the chests themselves since there are too many pictures to post in one guide.

Every 5 chests are numbered on the map to prevent the maps from being too cluttery. There are also stars around these chests to make it easier to identify since some maps have quite a few chests close together.

Screenshots of Chests

This guide will be divided into 3 sections.

1. Narukami Island Common Chest

2. Maps of Enkanomiya Chests

3. Chest Notes

I will provide brief remarks on not so obvious chests or note chests associated with quests or achievements here.

Narukami Island Common Chest

This is a new chest added to Narukami in 2.4 It marks the starting point for a hidden quest. It can be found a bit east of the Araumi Teleport next to some Fatui by a small campsite. To start the hidden quest, read the tattered notes found at the campsite.

Note: There was a bug for this chest in 2.4 that made the chest permenantly missable, but this has been fixed in 2.5. If you are curious about the bug, you can read more about it here.

Chest Notes

Suggestions:

1. If you have already spammed the compass, only check the chests related to totems and sigils since those cannot be detected by the compass.

2. If you still have remaining key-sigils, look for key - sigil related chests.

3. Check your achievements to make sure you have the max count for seelies and time trials.

Chests

Chest 32: This chest is found in the hideout that is unlocked by the triangular mechanisms seen in the screenshot for Chest 31. It contains the Secret Room Key.

Chest 36: The seelie is found in the nearby cavern. You will have to solve some puzzles along the seelie's path.

Chest 57: This chest is found in an underground room hidden by boxes. You'll have to uncover the boxes and light the totems to spawn the chest.

Chest 62: This chest is hidden in a room beneath the boulders.

Chest 68: On the side of the Dainishi Mikoshi temple, you will spot some explosive barrels next to a ruin guard. Explode the barrels to reveal a hidden room.

Complete the puzzles to reach the last room, and you will see an option to activate 5 key-sigils.

These are the same symbols found at the Serpent's Heart Temple. Run through the doors in the order indicated by the sigils to obtain the common chest. The chest will give you the book In the Light, Beneath the Shadow, which is part of the Collection of Dragons and Snakes World Quest.

Chest 87: Light the hanging lamps with pyro. This is near the bottom of the cliff.

Chest 103: The time trial is found in the cavern underneath the Serpent's Heart Temple. The entrance to the cavern is the location of Chest 102.

Now you should have all the common chests from patch 2.4!
