★ INTRODUCTION ★
With the v6.7 update, the new weapons [Star Dance] and its PRI-ARM [Star Dance: Enlightenment]
will be added to the game.
In this guide, I will explain the weapons, compare them to other weapon options and talk about their usefulness on other Valkyries with similar use.
These weapons are the signature equipment of the newly added SP Battlesuit [Sugary Starburst].

★ HOW TO OBTAIN ★
◆ After the v6.7 update you can obtain the weapon [Star Dance] through Equipment Expansion Supply.
• Guarantees one Up Equipment (Weapon or Stigmata) every 30 pulls
◆ [Star Dance: Enlightenment] can be obtained through the Foundry, like all PRI-ARM weapons.
Once [Star Dance] is obtained, it or other lvl 50 pistol weapons can be used to craft the PRI-ARM.

GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +20% Ice DMG
GENERAL TEAM BONUS:
◆ +14% Total DMG for 10s (Weapon Active)
◆ +15% Ice DMG
SUGARY STARBURST BONUS:
◆ +4 SP, CD 5s (Charged or Basic ATK hit)
◆ +6 Rime Trauma on each hit during Ultimate
◆ Increases self DMG (more hits, Ultimate, charged, QTE DMG bonus)
Weapon Active
When equipped by [Sugary Starburst] it unleashes an additional attack at the beginning.

Support Pistols Overview
Note!
I only listed the relevant buffs for an Ice Team since this Guide mainly focuses on the newly added Valkyrie, who is an Ice support.
Echo of Paradise additionally buffs Lightning DMG.
Are these new Pistols good on other Valkyries?
Not really 
There is only one other support who uses Pistols and that is Golden Diva.
While this weapon can for sure be used as a substitute if you lack her signature, she definitely misses out on many exclusive buffs, like auto-casting the Weapon Active when entering with QTE and Lightning DMG buffs.
It can be used but the results will be lackluster.
Test Runs
Note!
All following tests were done using the signature stigmata set of [Sugary Starburst], [Cecilia: Youth].
HoH and Sushang are using their signature equipment.

HoH charged, Sushang QTE, Weapon, Sword Slam, Ult, hold ATK, Kira Ult, Charged, HoH QTE, Weapon, Charged, Weapon, Weapon, Ult, Weapon, ATK until Charged, Charged, Weapon, Ult Finisher

★ CONCLUSION ★
Is it worth to get this weapon?
Not necessariliy!
As seen in the Tests, the weapon does not have any special mechanics tied to it, this means any other support Pistol can work well on her.
The only problem here is that there is currently just 1 other support Pistol, Echo of Paradise.
However I do think getting the weapon is almost mandatory because of the big increase in Rime Trauma that it provides.
This is the biggest downside when using an Alternative weapon.
The DMG is good but most of her Bosses require Rime Trauma to be triggered and thus it will be harder when using a different weapon.
Otherwise Felis will be a much better choice because she can trigger Freeze easier.
In case of fighting Bosses without the need to Freeze then the Alternative Weapon won't cause any problems.
