★ INTRODUCTION ★
With the v6.7, a new stigmata set will be added to the game: Yesterday's Longing Set [Cecilia: Youth].
In this guide I will explain the set, compare it to other stigmata options and talk about its usefulness on other Valkyries of similar use.
This stigmata set is the signature set of the newly added SP Battlesuit [Sugary Starburst].

★ HOW TO OBTAIN ★
◆ After the v6.7 update you can obtain the stigmata set [Cecilia: Youth] through Equipment Expansion Supply.
• Guarantees one Up Equipment (Weapon or Stigmata) every 30 pulls
★ ANALYSIS & SKILL DETAILS ★
Cecilia: Youth (T)
- Morning Dew -
GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +30% Ice DMG
GENERAL TEAM BONUS:
◆ +12%/15% Total DMG if hosts max HP ≥ 2000/6000 and B-piece effect is active (Dance with Me)
◆ +2% Total DMG for every 500 HP above 6000, max. 10%
This stigma can be used by any support Valkyrie although limited.
As of now no other Valkyrie than [Sugary Starburst] can reach above 6000 HP.
Cecilia: Youth (M)
- Gentle Breeze -
GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +20% Total DMG
◆ +200% extra Ice DMG to Charged ATK or Ultimate on hit, CD: 5s
◆ +30% Total DMG to Weapon Active
GENERAL EFFECT BONUS:
◆ +0.5s Duration of Dance with Me for every 500 HP above 6000 HP, max. 2.5s
This single piece can be used as a substitute for a DMG dealer.
The special effect duration extention can only be triggered by [Sugary Starburst].

- Youthful Years -
GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +25% Ice DMG
GENERAL EFFECT BONUS:
◆ Casting Weapon Active triggers Dance with Me state for 10s
GENERAL TEAM BONUS:
◆ +20%/25% Elemental DMG if hosts max HP ≥ 2000/6000 during Dance with Me
◆ +2% Total DMG for every 500 HP above 6000, max. 10%
SUGARY STARBURST BONUS:
◆ Casting QTE and Ultimate triggers Dance with Me aswell
This single piece can be used by any Elemental support although limited because the maximum support amount can only be triggered by [Sugary Starburst].
Furthermore thanks to the exclusive effect the Dance with Me state can be triggered more easily.
2-piece Bonus
- Momentary Luster -
GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +20% Total DMG
GENERAL TEAM BONUS:
◆ +15% Elemental Vulnerability for 12s to enemies on the field after host enters battle
The 2-piece effect is not limited to HP or anything else that is specific to a certain Valkyrie. Whic means it can be used on any Elemental support.
3-piece Bonus
- Meaningful Hope -
GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +30% Ice DMG after using QTE or Weapon Active
◆ +35% Ice DMG after dealing DMG with Ultimate
GENERAL EFFECT BONUS:
◆ Dealing DMG with Ultimate triggers Dance with Me state for 10s
GENERAL TEAM BONUS:
◆ +6% Total DMG Vulnerability for 12s to enemies on the field after host enters battle
◆ +2.5% Total DMG for every 500 HP above 6000, max. 12.5%
SUGARY STARBURST BONUS:
◆ T, M, B and 3-piece effects will be maxed out
With the 3-piece the requirements for triggering the Dance with Me state have been toned down but it is still not possible to activate the maximum amount of support buffs for any other Valkyrie.
The 3-piece effect is absolutely necessary for [Sugary Starburst] as it maxes out all buffs.

Note!
I calculated with the highest amount of Buffs possible for every set.
Which one is better?
Frankly speaking, [Cecilia: Youth] looks very good on paper. However the requirements to activate the maximum amount of buffs is limited to only [Sugary Starburst] thanks to the 3-piece effect and the max HP increase she provides.
This means [Turgenev] and also [Bastet] will keep stay relevant in the meta, especially [Turgenev].
Is [Cecilia: Youth] useful on other Valkyries?
No, only as copium 
As already mentioned above, the set can be used as a copium option if no other set is available, however in that case it is better used on [Sugary Starburst].
[Turgenev] 2-piece will stay the most universall Elemental support stigmata set and thus should be aquired, if possible.
Test Runs
Note!
All following tests were done using the signature weapon of [Sugary Starburst], [Star Dance: Enlightenment].
HoH and Sushang are using their signature equipment.

Honorable mentions for single B-pieces
Story chapter reward:
Shigure Kira: Rehearsal (B)
• +12% Team Ice DMG
• 2 Rime Trauma on enemies after casting Weapon Active. CD:16s
and
Irene Adler (B)
• +15% Elemental Vulnerability
I was not able to test the first as it was not available in the Beta and forgot to test the single B of Irene but I know it is just a tiny bit worse than Newton (B).
★ GAMEPLAY ★
★ CONCLUSION ★
Is it worth to get this stigmata set?
For Kira? - YES!
For others? - NO!
If you do plan to build [Sugary Starburst] her stigmata set is a must have as it is very strong!
However keep in mind that this set is not very versatile and cannot or barely be used on other supports.
Kira is for sure a huge upgrade for Ice Teams but if you have other priorities and/or have the Alternative options for her, then her banner can be skipped or at least try to get the weapon as it provides a huge Rime Trauma increase.
